OCEANFRONT Avon - Fitzwater Ct. - Everything one could want for the perfect vacation. The first level entrance opens to a spacious foyer with built-in desk, bookshelves, extensive library, mini refrigerator, TV/DVD and queen sofa bed. There is a master bedroom on the first level with custom cedar walled tub room, a second bedroom with semi-private bath, and direct beach access. The upper level has a second master bedroom with TV and slider to the deck with hot tub. The sunroom with dual sliders to both east and west decks is a nice place to relax with a book and the spacious great room boasts a cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, clerestory windows and 42" LCD TV home theater system. The kitchen was designed with the chef in mind; you can actually watch the waves break while preparing dinner. The living area opens to a wide furnished sundeck. Guests will enjoy oceanviews from the 2 lower level bedrooms and relaxing in the shady hammock.
