OCEANVIEW Waves - La Waves Drive - SPLISH SPLASH, with its private pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, and location just two lots from the ocean, is certain to make a splash with your vacation crew. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Waves, where the beach is uncrowded and the mood is laid back. The ground floor of the house has a large game room, a laundry room and double carports. On the first floor are five generous size bedrooms including a queen master with private bath and a king bedroom that has a semi-private bathroom. Three other bedrooms (queen, 2 single, pyramid and regular bunk) share a hall bath. Three bedrooms open onto a shaded deck and one bedroom opens to a covered porch. The second floor has another master bedroom with private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The large great room with dining area provides the perfect place for entertaining or just relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar was designed with the cook in mind. An expansive ocean facing deck provides stunning views of the Atlantic inviting you to SPLISH SPLASH this year.

First time to Outer Banks

The house is very large and spacious. It was located near the end of the street and the walk to the beach wasn't long. The home appeared to be in very good condition - each room was very comfortable.

Pretty good-needs updating

the house was big, so that was great, and also the walk to the beach was fantastic. The hot tub and pool were also nice. The house just needed a lot of updates. All the TVs were broke, the backlight didn't work on half the screen on 3 of the TVs. The dishwasher was broke (they replaced it with a new one 2 days before we checked out). All the kitchen pans and cooking things were old. Most of the plastic outdoor chairs were broke. It was still a good trip, but i wouldn't stay here again without some updates.

Just OK. It should have been clearly noted that this property was 25 miles from anything. Nothing in the vicinity was open. A few small places. I realize it's "off season", but c'mon! No toilet paper, no paper towels, I admittedly made an error and ordered EIGHT king bed sheets sets....there were 3 of us staying there, you'd have thought someone would have questioned this!? And I was told NO REFUND. Needless to say I will never rent a Surf & Sound property again.

Needs a Deep Clean

The home was nice and spacious. It worked out well for our group, with plenty of room to accommodate all 11 of us. Close to the beach. The only downside of this property was the cleanliness. We had to spend the first couple of hours cleaning. This house needs a few clean. We addressed the issues with the management and they took care of other issues we had. Overall a great stay.
