SEMI-SOUNDFRONT Salvo - Turtle Ct. - The stunning sunsets you'll see from this large, finely-appointed home will take your breath away! Stay at FIRE ISLAND and enjoy all of the activities the Outer Banks has to offer including community sound access with boat ramp. Enter this beautiful home through the first floor game room fully equipped with pool table, foosball, Smart TV, and wet bar with full size refrigerator. Walk out onto the outside deck and patio with private swimming pool and hot tub. The first floor also has two bedrooms, each with Smart TVs, one king and one with pyramid bunk, semi-private bath and laundry room. The mid-level has four bedrooms - two master suites (1 king, 1 queen) - plus another queen room and a room with two singles that share a hallway bath. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and access to the wrap-around porch with beautiful sound views. Upstairs you will be welcomed by the large, open great room with vaulted ceiling that offers an entertainment center with Smart TV. Enjoy relaxing in the comfortable seating area, feast on a family dinner at the long dining table, and gaze out the numerous windows that open to the Pamlico Sound. The great room and dining areas open to the third floor deck with outdoor benches and chairs for your relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with two dishwashers, opens to another covered porch facing the morning sun, providing a private place for your morning coffee. You will also find another king master suite on this level. You and your family are sure to bring home wonderful memories from your vacation at FIRE ISLAND. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)

We had a great time. Definitely get your exercise in with all the steps! The pool was great. We rented a golf cart to explore the development. Wasn’t crazy about the beach, def need one closer and a better day on it! All in all GREAT TIME!

Only complaint was the pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub were supposed to be serviced twice per week and were not serviced at all . Hot tub was cloudy and stopped working the last two days of our stay. As the weather was not ideal the hot tub and pool were very important. We would not have chosen this rental if not for the pool and hot tub so for them to be neglected was very disappointing.

We love the Outer Banks! We have stayed down in Hatteras a few times. We enjoyed staying on the sound and watching the beautiful sunset this time. The house was large and accommodating everyone. poor maintance

first of all we got their floors were absolutely dirty filthy, and then on the decks you had nails popping up and maintenance never showed up to clean the pool or the hot tub. also, on the second floor by the door the register smelled like cat urine. It was a beautiful house, but it was not maintained

The property was in good shape the only complaint I heard was some of the nails in the balconies was sticking up but the rest of the house was in excellent condition everyone enjoyed the house. The pool, hot tub, and pool table seemed to be the main attractions

This property is far from what it appears to be in pictures. The beds were broken in several rooms, the sun chairs are cracked or broken, the hot tub cover was torn and needed replacement, only one burner on the stove top worked, screws were raised on the deck surrounding the house and pool, decking around the exterior of the house and pool should be replaced, the house needed to be pressure washed and repainted, 2nd story exterior staircase needs to be replaced due to safety issues, floor tile in the game room was cracked and the tile on the side of pool was coming off.

We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time. The beach wasn’t a walk away especially with little kids. The pool is super shallow which didn’t work well for a very tall family and there was something in the pool cutting all of the kids toes. The dish washers were having some issues. And the vents need to be cleaning in the kitchen and a few other places! The view is amazing! We got to watch wind surfers and everything!

This property is very pleasing to the eye in the online pictures, but they are very deceiving. The house needs a lot of upgrades, painting, new woodwork, bedding needs to be replaced, not just cleaned, REPLACED. It's disgusting, the mattresses and mattress covers are full of urine stains and who knows what else. Three coffeemakers none of which were clean or worked. The house itself was in a very nice location and had great views. Aside from that I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Loved the property. It worked well for our large family especially the kitchen, dining and living room area. The only negative comment is that there was a lot of standing water and we had to take off our shoes off to get in our vehicle. Extremely high water when getting out to the main street. Other than that, wonderful property!!
