The exterior will be refreshed with new siding. The pool area will feature updated pool furniture, and a deck sound system. New 10-person hot tub on the pool deck. Inside, every bedroom and bathroom will be updated with fresh paint and new furniture. Every mattress will be replaced. Every television will be upgraded to a Smart TV that streams your favorite subscription channels, movies, and shows. The game room will host an L-shaped couch and an 80” Smart TV with a sound system. The ground-level bunk room will boast new bunk frames, the first-level middle master bedroom facing the ocean will be converted to a king master bedroom, and the first-level pyramid bunk frames will be updated. The second-level kitchen will be completely remodeled with new cabinets, countertops, lighting, a gas range, and stainless-steel appliances. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
