The Retreat - 2 Bedroom 1 Bath! Over 1k square feet!

The home has an updated kitchen with New appliances and counter tops. The large sunny patio area is available for use, offering glimpses of the Lake and Cascade Mountains.

Fresh towels, linens, toiletries are supplied and there is a washer and dryer also available for use free of charge. TV in Living and Bedroom have an Amazon Firestick attached with Directv and Amazon prime and Netflix. Living Room and bedrooms have an Amazon Echo for your enjoyment. Wifi Included.

***This booking is for the lower level retreat of the home***, no access and completly private from the home above,see pictures!

The house is in a convenient, safe upscale neighborhood with easy access to I-5, State Route 9 and 2. Plentiful Hiking/Skiing, water sport opportunities also await.

Family reunion.

The house is in a great location. Close to beach access to the lake. The house was very clean. It was great being able to check in at 2p.m.. There was plenty of parking. We had family over and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only suggestion I would make is; I would move the desk from the Simpson room into the larger bedroom and move the smaller 4 drawer unit into the Simpson room. It would give more room in the smaller bedroom and some storage for clothing. Love the way the home was decorated. Love the lamps.

I need more STARS!

Simply Amazing! Five stars are not enough to describe the Retreat. The location was phenomenal and the Host(s) (Max and Roland) were super hospitable and extremely helpful. I would highly suggest that visitors to Seattle take those few extra miles and head to Lake Stevens. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Clean and convenient for us.Lake Stevens is right there. We had a great time here at lake Stevens. The Retreat has everything we needed for a comfortable down time before and after the triathlon.

Lovely stay

The space was clean and the host's were very kind. Normally we avoid ADU's because we worried about feeling like a family was on top of us. This was not the case. It very much felt like we were in our own home and came and went easily. It is the best VRBO we have stayed at in the area to see the extened family, would live to stay there again

Comfortable home, great hosts!

The house was great! In a great location, comfortable and clean inside, and the beds were very comfortable. Roland and Max were great hosts- easy to communicate with, friendly, and kind to leave of some kitchen basics and even a bottle of wine. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Great place, great stay!

We selected The Retreat because of its proximity to family. We were almost sad that we didn't have more time to spend there! The accommodations were just as listed, and more! We so appreciated the many thoughtful amenities. The bed was very comfortable. If we need a place to stay when we are back in the area we won't hesitate to book with Ro and Max! Thanks guys!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Across street from lake. Nice walking space on the road. Close to shops and food. Was a great place to stay and I'll likely stay there again if its available.

A little bit hard to find the first time .... that's kind of the bad news / good news for privacy ... I can't think of anything negative. The fresh eggs from your chickens was the 'piece de resistance'. Thank You!

Excellent location and well appointed

Max and Roland provided a great place for us to use as a base when we visited our family in the Snohomish-Monroe area. Lake Stevens is beautiful and the ground floor apartment is accessible, clean, attractive, and welcoming. We appreciated Max and Roland’s attentiveness and welcoming spirit.

Superb vacation retreat!

Our stay was more than comfortable. The owners were so helpful and available if needed, provide a well stocked, comfortable, and immaculately clean apartment. The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants and shopping for the essentials. The retreat worked out perfectly for us as we were in town visiting our daughter, and not far from her home. Thank you, Max and Roland! Your retreat only added to our happy experience in Lake Stevens.
