SPACIOUS APARTMENT FACING THE SEA, FEET IN THE WATER!

The apartment is located due south with direct access to the dune which overlooks the large beach of La Turballe, Blue Flag. 30 seconds from the beach.
We are 10 minutes by car from Guérande, 1/4 hour from La Baule.
Ideal for four/five people.
It consists :
- a living room on a 40m2 veranda opening onto a beautiful terrace and a sand garden.
- a central island kitchen with a large snack counter and quality equipment: induction hob, dishwasher, multifunction combined microwave oven, hood, fridge with freezer compartments.
- a bedroom for 2 people (140 bed) with office area.
- a bedroom area (trundle bed 2*90) that can be closed with sliding doors
- a boat cabin with a bed of 140 (2*70) low ceiling height.
- a bathroom with large walk-in shower (120 cm), storage unit, electric towel dryer, lingerie area (washing machine, dryer) and toilet area.
- an independent toilet
- an entrance with wardrobe closet
It is located in a luxury condominium with tennis and has a private parking lot.
it will offer a relaxing stay with its direct access to the beach, the proximity of the salt marshes (200 m), the port and its shops (900 m).

very misleading

Before I confirmed the booking I asked for the internet speed, Patricia described it as normal but 9mbps is very slow, far from normal, so we could not stream. We learned on arrival that we would have to pay cash over and above for utilities (electricity & water)

This is the first time we have had an appreciation of this kind; what is incomprehensible is that on our ad we indicate that the charges are extra and above all we offered you these charges in the end!!!! for streaming we are currently taking advantage of it so I think it's really bad faith!

Perfekte Location in toller Umgebung

Ein tolles Haus wirklich direkt am Strand. Komplett ausgestattet, toll eingerichtet, sogar mit Gartendusche und Grill - kreative Schlaflösungen (wenn auch nicht alle für große Erwachsene geeignet). Am Strand ist es nie voll weil die Häuserreihe „normale“ Besucher quasi „abschirmt“. Patricia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin jederzeit erreichbar - und die Krönung ist der Tennisplatz

une belle semaine à la mer

La maison est moderne et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que l'on puisse traverser le jardin jusqu'aux dunes et ensuite directement à la magnifique plage. Nos enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié leurs vacances dans cette belle propriété. Nous serions ravis de revenir.

Bon sejour dans bel appartement

Bon accueil par Patricia. Merci pour le cadeau d accueil. Appartement super bien décoré avec goût ’ il ne manque rien, vous arrivez comme chez vous. Je recommande vivement. Un plus nos adolescents ont beaucoup apprécié les 2 chambres du haut . Très belle plage, les marais sont très proches. Voir Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen, LA Baule, , Piriac, ...et évidemment LA Turballe. Beaucoup de visites à faire. Nous vous recommandons Planète Sauvage à côté de Saint Nazaire.

Wunderbar helle Wohnung

Die Wohnung von Patricia ist etwas ganz besonderes. Der strahlend helle Essplatz mit Glasdach und zwei Schiebetpren führt direkt auf die Terasse, die praktisch sofort in den Dünensand übergeht. 150m weiter ist das Meer. Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Patricia hat uns sogar eine Flasche Cidre und ein paar bretonische Kekse als Gastgeschenk hingestellt. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenrhalt!

Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr gut direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unseren Reservierung konnte unkompliziert um einen Tag verlängert werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir sind zum dritten Mal hintereinander in diesem Haus gewesen. In allen Jahren war der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war immer sehr sauber, die Küche wirklich umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Schlafgelegenheiten etwas ungewöhnlich, aber gerade für Kinder ist das spannend. Auch ein viertes Mal werden wir in das Haus fahren - das sagt wohl alles.
