I rent my 2 room, 420 sq ft. apartment. Located in a Chalet like building of 12 apartment. About 15 minutes from Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains village where you will found hairdresser, food supply, restaurant, animation, sports places, Tramway du Mont-Blanc, the cogwheel train which brings you to the departure of south ascent of Mont-Blanc and many more...

30 minutes away from Chamonix and it's 'ice sea' or the 'Aiguille du midi' to the roof of Europe. The most lucky would take a overlook of the Mont-Blanc from the sky in an helicopter (about 150€ per person).

We provide cleaning product, some Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, nutmeg, curry, pasta, rice, coffee / tea, broth. and other condiments, toilet paper, tissue beuverage, etc. We kindly ask to replace a product once you finish (except beuverage).

Linen available for the price of cleaning it (25€ per bed including 2 towel and 2 dishcloth).
Guest are kindly asked to leave the apartment clean, fee may apply if not.

Pet are accepted against 50€ additional deposit which would be kept if sofa smells or other damage. Pets are not allowed in the bedroom.

If you want help to open the apartment, check the state, leave the deposit we can offer someone to welcome you on appointment. Cost is 30€ for one time or 50€ for check-in and check out. Please contact for details.

Très agréable séjour

Le logement est propre, très fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique.Emplacement également excellent en période de ski avec des navettes très régulières qui amènent à la station.Communication excellente avec Elie Je recommande.

Bon séjour vue splendide

Appartement comme descrit dans l'annonce, superbe vue sur le mont blanc, accès appartement facile avec système code pour les clefs, seul petit bémol necessite de la voiture pour rejoindre centre ville avec les chaines à bord en cas de neige car les navettes gratuites desservent seulement les departs télécabines, et les chasses neige ne passent pas de suite mais 1 ou 2 jours après pour nettoyer du croisement route grattague à la résidence, donc accès un peu difficile.

Bon séjour

Belle vue sur la montagne qui change tous les jours. Pas loin de contamines montjoie pour faire du ski de fond. Seul bémol pensez à ramener le pain car il n’y a pas de magasin à côté.

Dépaysement total

Quel bonheur ce séjour. Appartement avec une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc entre autre. Appartement bien équipé, spacizux et fonctionnel, ideal pour un séjour en famille ( un couple avec 3 enfants dans notre cas). Navette au pied de l appartement pour se rendre au Bettex. Nous sommes allés skier à Saint Nicolas de Veroce accessible en 10 minutes en voiture. Magnifique petit village. Tres bonne communication avec Élie. Tres réactif et à l ecoute. Je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour, qui sait, un futur séjour dans le coin.

Super séjour

Super appartement dans un environnement magnifique. Accès aux pistes de ski facilité par le système de navette à 2 minutes de l'appartement, en 5mn vous êtes rendus au Bettex. Un propriétaire très réactif, à l'écoute de ses locataires merci Élie.

Très bon pied à terre pour la randonnée !

Excellent emplacement (on voit le massif du Mont-Blanc du balcon, exposé Est-nord-est), l'appartement est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé (manque juste une cafetière électrique pour les petits-déjeuners alors qu'il y a une nespresso et une cafetière italienne)

Découverte du Bettex

L'appartement est en effet très spacieux, mais il pourrait être arrangé encore mieux pour le confort d'y loger. Une exposition au Nord ne permet pas au soleil d'y pénétrer surtout si comme la semaine dernière, le soleil est plutôt rare. Pour des grands parents âgés arrivant avec leur "Pioupiou" de 5 ans, le chemin du parking au logis est long et difficile en cas de neige abondante. Le logis est situé loin de tout. La navette pas toujours dans un horaire facile à déterminer malgré son calendrier affiché oblige à l'usage de la voiture (montée au Bettex autant que faire des courses). Concernant l'aménagement, seulement 2 petites remarques : un lave vaisselles manque cruellement surtout avec un petit. Nous pensons que la machine à laver pourrait retourner dans la salle de bains et qu'un lave vaisselle pourrait trouver sa place dans la cuisine. Un fauteuil accompagnant le divan serait bien venu, surtout pour un " 3 èm âge" ne skiant pas, restant à l'intérieur par mauvais temps pour lire. Enfin, après les "pots" les fleurs: nous n'avons jamais vu une location aussi riche en produits utiles! Papier WC, essuies tout, riz, café, thés, pâtes, épices et condiments, bref, tout ce qui est nécessaire en terme d'approvisionnement et qui nécessite de grosses courses a l'arrivée se trouve dans l'appartement. Attention très utile et sympathique de la part du propriétaire. Également, pouvoir payer un nettoyage post séjour est très important. La propreté de l'appartement à l'arrivée est aussi à signaler, ce qui rend l'accueil très positif et soigné. Il y a suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisines, le tout en bon état (sauf l'ouvre boîte de conserve qui mérite d'être remplacé). Un dernier conseil, la brochure explicative est bien faite, sauf pour connecter le lecteur DVD sur le téléviseur.

Top location with beatiful view

We have spent a week in O'Panorama Apartment and we enjoyed every day. The location is top, there is a shuttle bringing you directly to the slope. You wake up with the view on the mountains and evenings you look at the fire place :). Hope to come again.

Breathtaking apartment with Le Bettex a short bus ride away

Onyx11 is ideally located with easy and free access to the St Gervais / Le Bettex bus shuttle. The views from the main living area are stunning and it is possible to time your departure each morning with a quick look from the kitchen window to see the arrival of the bus! At the end of a busy day on the slopes, it means only a short walk up a flight of steps and the youngest of skiers can be relaxing in front of the DVD player, leaving dad to lock the skis in the car.... a perfect recipe for a great family holiday. The owner, Elie, has provided a comfortable space that is both homely and relaxing. Great at answering all communications, his rental is highly recommended.

l'appartement est très bien équipé et super bien situé avec une vue magnifique. très confortable et très calme. des jeux de société à disposition occupent les enfants et les adultes aussi. une collection de dvd pour se détendre le soir après une journée de ski. les enfants peuvent jouer autour du bâtiment dans la neige sans problème. une navette régulière s'arrête à 20 mètres du bâtiment pour nous ramener à la station en moins de 10 minutes. une adresse à garder et à conseiller.

Situation assez éloignée du Centre . Un lieu calme avec un panorama époustouflant!!!

Très bel appartement cosy , baies vitrées dans la pièce à vivre et la chambre avec une vue époustouflante sur l’Aiguille du midi . On se sent tout de suite bien chez Elie . Je n’hésiterai pas une seule seconde à retourner me ressourcer dans ce petit havre de paix.

Appartement très cosy

Très belle vue depuis le salon et la cuisine, et même de la chambre d'oû l'on aperçoit de jolis chalets enneigés. L'appartement est très confortable et bien conçu. Nous n'avons pu profiter de la terrasse (en hiver) mais le soir, après nos longues balades dans les sous-bois du Bettex, nous avions l'impression de rentrer dans un chez-nous chaleureux. Il faut, si vous voulez utiliser votre voiture au coeur de l'hiver, prévoir un équipement, c'est indispensable. Sinon, la navette est très pratique. Le quartier est très calme. J'y retournerais bien en été aussi !

Appartement bien situé et à proximité immédiate de l'arrêt de la navette qui amène au bettex en 5 minutes. Navettes régulières. Appartement agréable avec une vue magnifique ! Nous avons passer 3 jours au chalet, il es très bien situer, non loin des pistes, navette gratuite pour y accéder, il es tout équipée et le propriétaire es attentif et très bien organiser, le chalet es spacieux avec une vue sur le panorama, plus une réduction de 10% sur la locations des ski, vraiment très bon séjour.. Pensez cependant au chaine à neige lol

Le bon plan face au massif du Mont Blanc !

Si vous recherchez un petit coin de montagne tranquille avec le Mont Blanc comme voisin venez ici :-) Pas de circulation de voitures ni de touristes toutefois à qq min en voiture du centre de la jolie commune de Saint-Gervais et à qq km du centre de Chamonix. Possibilité de rando extraordinaires du coté de Contamines, de Servoz et de la vallée de Chamonix. Appart bien agencé, propriétaire sympathique et parking facile.

Une vue parfaite !

Appartement très bien agencée et équipé nous avons vécu 4 jours dedans à 4 sans aucun problème. Et tout les matin nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique ! Je recommande ce logement !

Appartement très agréable, bien situé

Très bel appartement bien équipé, et très bien situé, à une centaine de mètres de la navette qui nous amène vers le Bettex. Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire. Malheureusement le beau temps et la belle neige n'étaient pas au rendez-vous... mais, bien sûr, le propriétaire n'est pas responsable ;-)

Toller Urlaub mit einem sensationellen Blick auf den Mont Blanc

Wir waren für 3 Tage im Januar in der Wohnung von Elie. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick beim Frühstück direkt auf den Mont Blanc ist der Wahnsinn. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und das Mobilar waren super. Auf dem Schlafsofa haben wir richtig gut geschlafen. Wir kommen sicher nochmals wieder und werden es immer in Erinnerung behalten. Danke danke danke :)

Owner since 3 years, I discovered this place while seeking some trek. The area is wonderful in winter for skiing as well as in summer for treking.

Why they chose this property

This is a remote and quiet place, but only 20 minutes from motorway. Saint-gervais-Les-Bains is a cute and nice village with small shops and it's main square with regular animation. Ski slop and trail are very close. The town and village around have lots to offer as well. Megève and it's Golf track are less than 12 miles away, Les Contamines have a natural reserve with many trail with among them the most famous which lean to the roundtrip around the Mont-Blanc. And Chamonix where you can take the cablecar to Aiguille du midi or the cogwheel train to the ice sea.

What makes this property unique

Remote and quiet place. Swimming pool and tennis court with view on Mont-Blanc in summer. The skiing domain that spread among four mountains around Megeve, Les Contamines, Saint-Gervais and Combloux
