NEWLY RENOVATED Private home in the beautiful North Brookwood area.
4 Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths, 3 Separate living areas, New Hot Tub sanitized after every use. 2 refrigerators upstairs and downstairs, washer/dryer, grill and large deck with picnic table and heaters, fire pit next to hot tub for WINTER or SUMMER use with 10 chairs.

LOCATION...LOCATION... It is on the ski shuttle 1 minute to Stratton, you can walk to town from the house. You are 25 minutes from the Manchester outlets and a minute from all the amenities Stratton has to offer. Sports club with tennis, sauna, workout classes and exercise machines.

IT IS THE PERFECT HOUSE FOR A LARGE FAMILY OR GATHERING OF FRIENDS. It enables you to gather a group while still allowing space for the group in the 3 SEPARATE living room areas all with flat screen TVs. 2 bedrooms also have additional flat screen TVs. All new bedding, blankets, towels and robes. Dining room table seats 8 with an extension and extra chairs for seating of the group. Walk out deck for easy cooking on the grill.

perfect family getaway set up

stayed for 4 nights over new years with our family of 8. 6 kids from 20 to 28 all had enough space to chill.. kitchen had all we needed to cook meals and be able to share in a nice common space . Great access to mountain by shuttle ever 30 min at end of driveway , made it easy for late sleepers.. Would rent again… Good ski house…

Super house close to Stratton Mountain

A great house for a group. There are 3 living areas, 4 bedrooms and an amazing hot tub. Kitchen is pretty well stocked and the fire place will keep you warm and cozy. Our group loved the convenience to the mountain and there is a shuttle that will pick you up if you don't want to drive. The rooms were super comfortable and we really enjoyed breakfast at the house with a table big enough for 8 of us. The pass thru kitchen makes getting food to the table super easy.

Great place to spend with lots of teens.Main floor has master bedroom w/queen and en-suite, kitchen, dining, living room with patio that has grill.Bottom floor has the bunk bed room, full bath, living room, extra refrig, and walks out to hot tub. Pull out sofa.Top floor has 2 bedrooms both with queens and 2 full bathrooms and a living room area with pull out sofa.Fully stocked with everything you need. The only gotcha is that the shuttle to mountain only runs on weekends and holidays.

Calming Design in a Beautiful Location

This is a beautifully designed home, well-appointed in a great location adjacent to all the Stratton Mountain amenities. A short drive or 15 minute walk gets you right to the Stratton Mountain village. The hosts have set a very comforting environment with many amenities for a variety of cooking needs (in the kitchen), outside enjoyment (with firepit, porch heater, grill and patio furniture) as well as very comfortable furniture throughout the home. We had a wonderful weekend and would certainly return when we come back to Stratton again.

This house is not safe for young children or pets. No gates....so you need to bring your own, since there are staircases. Deck rails too low and in need of repair....pretty scary at times. Do not lean or try sitting on them. Screen door to deck was torn so kids kept falling through. Couldn't leave the outside main door to deck open for breeze, because ...no A/C in living area. It got pretty warm in the house, especially in mid afternoon. Several wicker chairs in dining room had large holes in seats. All toilets kept running and had to be manually shut off. Stove in kitchen was not cleaned properly. Rat poison found in laundry room scattered all over the floor. Unsafe outlets in upstairs bedroom and on outside deck.

Perfect ski house

Kim’s house is perfect for a weekend skiing at Stratton- it’s super close and convenient to the mountain- the shuttle bus picked us up right outside the house! The house itself is beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with amenities. The layout worked out great for a group of friends! Would absolutely stay here again!
