Restored house in a contemporary style with one floor in a quiet area on a plot of 5000 m², with views of the surrounding mountains of the Drôme Alps. Young truffle on the property. Pool fenced front of the house available from June.
On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge) overlooking an enclosed patio dining area overlooking the outside. 1 dining room with a small lounge area (wood stove). 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin), 1 WC.
Upstairs, 1 living room TV with DVD player, stereo radio and sofa, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom (shower and sink), and 1 room with 1 bed 140 with bathroom (shower and sink), 1 WC.
Sheets and duvet covers are provided.
Outside: garden furniture and barbecue under a pergola outside the house.
Many villages perched nearby (The Poet Laval, Marsanne, La Laupie ...) The house is located between Dieulefit, town known for its potters and craftsmen Montelimar (15km), famous for its nougat. In the heart of a region with rich and varied architectural heritage (Château de Grignan, Château des Adhemar ...) museums, the region hosts many festivals in summer (Saôu Chante Mozart Festival night Grignan, Montelimar Agglomération Festival, Crest Jazz Vocal ...)
