Coastal Chic Cutie is a very nice updated condo on the 3rd floor located in the Sea Breeze Suites Condo Complex. You'll have access to the incredible pool area complete with hot tub, outdoor shower, beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping from the balcony and watching sunrises from bed. This condo has new fixtures, appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a meal (no dishwasher) and a table with seating for three to dine. The open suite offers two Queen beds, a sitting area and a full bath with a modern vanity separated from the tile stand-alone shower. Sip your morning coffee or an adult beverage from the balcony with views of the Gulf and overlooking the shared pool grounds. You're 0.5 miles away from the Port Aransas beach, the South Jetty and walking distance to many of the best restaurants, shops and bars Port A has to offer. Laundry facility on-premises. Guests are allowed 1 parking space. Additional parking is located near the dumpster next to the complex. A golf cart rental will use a parking space.

Week end get away

The property was located with in walking distance to the beach and several places to eat. Grounds were clean and the complex was a nice family enviroment.

First Beach Trip

This was my son’s (2 years old) first, and my daughter’s second trip to the beach, and my first as a single mom. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, sleep comfortably, and get around in town within minutes. Our trip was a success!

Excellent location

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Great location and nice view of pool and dunes from the balcony. Easy walk or drive to beach. Only issue was door closer was broken off of the main door upon arrival. Property manager was there shortly after we checked in and removed it until repairs could be made. Very nice experience!

The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and updated as it appeared to be in the VRBO pictures! We had an awesome view of the pool and the beach in the distance. The kitchen was also well stocked to meet our needs for preparing meals. We will definitely plan to come back to Coastal Chic Cutie when we return for another fishing weekend in Port Aransas!

They had the kitchen and dining essentials that we needed for a short stay. Beds are comfortable. Place was nice and clean.Great use of furniture,perfect for a small space(except for the big size refrigerator and the cleaning tools on the side).Loved the universal charging station,wifi strong,cable connections available. Weather turned cold during our stay but we enjoyed our stay anyway because of the proximity of the place to the beach,restaurants and music, also thoroughly enjoyed the warm jacuzzi on 50'F weather. Thanks for the extra towels!

Girls getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this property. The room was exactly as described. Clean, with everything needed, except an ice maker or more than one ice tray. The location is perfect in the middle of town and close to the beach. The pool was not so sparkling, but was cleaned during our stay which was great-except the landscaper came AFTER and the pool was full of grass clippings. No elevator but stairs were not too bad and actually got used to them by the one we left. The service I read from Life in Paradise was beyond amazing, quick responses and helped me get some paperwork back to Dallas due to a family emergency. They also offer golf cart rental and delivery at a fair price. I would use this mgmt company again and stay at this property again.

Great place to stay. Very clean, less than 10mins away from the beach. Clean pool and hot tub. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is looking into the water pressure. Is very slow. Other than that I will rebook for my next trip.

The room and the location were perfect. It was a third floor room and the elevator was a little rough by the end of the weekend. I believe some unruly teens staying at the property may have urinated in the elevator.

The condo was the perfect size for us with the two Queen beds. It was not as cleaned as I had hoped. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper and never got it, luckily we didn’t need it.

Cleanliness

We stayed 16 days. No mop. Water congregating in front of door. No linens cleaned. Free laundry downstairs,but the code they gave me first, would not work. Sink fell and was not fixed. They did tell me,we could bring towels to office,and they would replace. On the good side,beds were very comfortable. Location good. I would not recommend sea breeze for longer,than 3 or 4 days.
