Property was away from the hustle of town very peaceful and quiet. Has everything you need to enjoy that feeling of being home. Nice and clean with a great view of the lake went kayaking during the day and enjoyed the quiet sunsets in the evening lots of room inside and out.
Great place. We really enjoyed how quiet it was and the privacy. Great view, great lawn and fenced yard for our dog was fantastic. We highly recommend this property.
Our family has a small dog and they appreciated being able to have Kali with them! The lake view is fabulous and we enjoyed the screened in porch. Charcoal grill works too! We were grateful to receive the welcoming messages from Ed.
We have stayed at the green and red house and had an awesome experience. We loved every single thing from these two places. If you want to have a really good time this is the place to stay. We are looking foorward to go back pretty soon!

Love this location on a lake in the forest. It's so quiet and relaxing. The screen porch is lovely, and the kitchen is fantastic to cook in. We spent 2 months here, and we didn't want to leave, lol.
We loved this lake house and will definitely be back! Our dogs enjoyed the run of the lake and yard. Our kids loved swimming in the lake. The canoes were nice to use and the house was clean and had everything we needed! Thanks for sharing this beautiful spot with us!

Great updated property in a quiet setting.
The house was a pleasant surprise. Nicely updated on the inside. Had access to a canoe which was great. The biggest thing for us was dog friendly. Very nice relaxing weekend which was exactly what we were looking for!

Thanks for the kind words and for being guests. Come and visit again!
My family and in-laws gathered for a three day weekend for my daughter's sixth birthday and the place was great! Very clean, lots of space, and the canoe/outside area was very nice to have. Definitely going to try and book this location again in the future!

I have used VRBO frequently for the last five years. The Ft McCoy propertylacked the basic necessities: toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen supplies ,and coffee. The salt and pepper shakers were nasty as well as frying pans. Very disappointing. The property was clean.

Unfortunately the guest went to the wrong property. Instructions were clear on which cottage they were to go to. Plus, welcome instructions make it clear that because the price is so excellent that personal products are their responsibility to bring.
We strive for excellence.
This cottage is comfortable and beautiful! Whoever designed its renovation took care to keep the charming feel of the original bones. The pond was so peaceful. We truly fell in love with the property and it was hard to leave to head home.
