Relaxation & fun awaits you in our 4th floor unit at the Summit complex at 8743 Thomas Drive. Located directly on the beach with a terrific view. Condo decorated with a coastal decor.

Beautiful, 2026 renovated kitchen, all new appliances with gorgeous quartz countertops. Tons of cabinets fully stocked for all your vacation needs and storage.
Bedroom has comfortable king size bed with TV for your enjoyment. Located in an alcove in the hallway are 2 bunkbeds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Condo has 2 Roku TV's. TV in den is 50" TCL/Roku TV with Samsung sound bar (BT). In bedroom is 43" TCL/Roku TV. Balcony has lounger for sunset watching or tanning. Also, on balcony is table with chairs for dining and morning dolphin watching. BEACH CHAIR w/Umbrella INCLUDED (Mar-Oct), just grab your towel and stroll to the beach!!

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, griddle, grilling utensils, even sippy cups. Truly all your cooking and dishware needs for a comfortable stay.

All linens are provided and a washer/dryer is in the unit!

Wi-Fi in the condo & Beach Chairs INCLUDED April-October !!

This will be a unit you will come back to year after year!
3 night minimum required. A reservation fee of $27 will be collected at check-in with the Summit for your parking pass and armbands.

Away from the busyness of PCB

My sister and I stayed here for a sister trip. We loved that the beach chairs were included in the rental. We also loved bikini bobs bar and grill right on the property so we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to. It was nice being on Thomas drive away from the busyness of PCB.

Beautiful Ocean View!!

Great condo - located on the 4th floor! Owner was very helpful and communicated well. We even had a minor issue and it was taken care immediately and the owner made sure we were good. Would definitely rent again…very clean and safe area. My kids loved it too!

Condo was absolutely perfect for our little vacation! Clean and everything we needed was there. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing. Location was unbelievably perfect to get to just about anywhere you want. Loved the beach access and security on grounds. If you are looking for that kool-aid blue see to the bottom water, as my daughter called it, this is the place. And Cheryl Rainwater is the absolute best! Would highly recommend this place!!!! Photos are taken with my phone and no touchups.

Best location for me by far

This has so far been the best location I have stayed while visiting PCB. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to have a perfect beach vacation. The property itself was great as well. Security on property, heated swimming pool, private beach access, and much more. Trust me on this. Book this room.
