Our Gulf front home is set on 135 feet of white sand beachfront, with breathtaking Gulf views. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with the "World's Whitest Beaches" as our backyard! This custom home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on the main level w/ an additional 3rd floor 567SF loft/5th bedroom with bunk beds (full/twin), sofa, large work/game table, a full bath & Gulf front balcony. Each bedroom, as well as the loft, has 11 ft. vaulted ceilings and private baths. The Gulf front Master and guest room both open up to the back upper deck & the other 2 guest rooms each have Sound view balconies. Beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins & a set of Bunk Beds (full bottom/twin top) in 3rd Floor Bedroom /Loft. Our gourmet kitchen, updated in 2021 w/ white a quartz counter level island, has both Sound and Gulf views. Kitchen is set up for those who love to cook and entertain. It is fully equipped with stainless appliances, which include 2 Samsung Bespoke French-Door refrigerators-each w/ icemaker (2023), 2 KitchenAid dishwashers (2022), 5 burner KitchenAid gas stove, oven, microwave and a pantry. The counter height kitchen island seats 5 and is open to the dining/living area. (see photos) The large open concept living/dining room boasts 11ft ceilings, spectacular Gulf views throughout, a wall mounted 70" flat screen Samsung TV/soundbar, wet bar with icemaker & bar sink, also updated w/ quartz in 2021. The master bedroom w/ Queen TempurPedic bed has beautiful Gulf views and opens out onto the back upper deck. The master bath has a large contemporary walk-in tile shower & separate soaker tub, both w/waterfall faucets. The spacious vinyl-planked upper deck with 4 chaise lounges, a teak 4-seat dining table, 10 high back folding teak chairs & side table, a 5 burner gas grill (new in 2021), is partially covered but still offers plenty of room for sunbathing and sunset views. The ground level large 23x 20 lower covered wood deck w/2 picnic tables and comfy furniture w/ coffee table, electric outlet & outside shower i- great for entertaining & getting out of the sun. The elevator goes from the lower level to the main living area & exits into our laundry room. This home has 2 electric heat pump A/C systems (new in 2019) & a 3rd flr Diakon ductless A/C unit, 2 gas tankless water heater (2024 & 2025), 2 covered parking areas & additional parking in front for guests. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, 2 Trek Hybrid Bikes and various beach toys. Feel free to use ours and/or add yours to the collection when you leave. This is a smoke-free house. NOTE: PLEASE choose the $89 accidental property damage protection policy when booking our home. The island path is just 2 blocks away and runs the entire span of the Island - all the way East to Navarre Beach or West to Ft. Pickens National Park. It's perfect for walking, running or cycling. Trolley Stops are located approximately every 4 blocks. Morgan Park, located on Pensacola Beach, has a shallow water boat ramp. Pensacola Beach is a vacation dream because it has some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world, extensive outdoors activities, great restaurants and nightlife. Paradise awaits you! Our extended family of 11 enjoyed the beautiful Sol LaRu beach front home. The host was wonderful and maintained contact from beginning to end. She contacted me within an hour after our family left the home with a picture of jewelry that our granddaughter left. Upon arrival the home was clean and had all of the amenities needed to enjoy the beach and the home. Everything was just as described through VRBO. The host made immediate contact after the booking and responded to every question and call throughout the process. This home was very well kept and the ocean was the backyard. The home is located in a very quiet cul-du-sac. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the great room had plenty of room for our family to enjoy meals and time together. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation in Pensecola Beach and this peaceful beach front home and plan to return.

60th Anniversary

Beautifully decorated, well stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking pots and pans. Plenty of plates and silverware. Ample supply of beach chairs, etc. Toys and games for all ages. Quantity supply of linens and towels. Had great laundry facilities. The elevator was a God sent for my wife and I.

Great Vacation

This was the perfect home for our family vacation! Each bedroom had it's own bathroom and balcony access. The kitchen had everything we needed ti cook for a large group. The view from the balconies was amazing. The sandy area outside the house was perfect for family football games. The best part of all, a beautiful beach right outside the door and down a short path. We loved our week at Pensacola Beach and can't wait to do it again! Thank you Ruth and Lee for sharing your beautiful home!

3 generational beach vacation

The Sol LaRue beachfront home provided our 3 generational family with magnificent views and immediate access to the gulf in a spacious well-appointed home. The many amenities provided included a large well stocked modern kitchen (notable for 2 dishwashers!) and generous access to a sizable collection of beach gear that made our beach vacation both relaxing and memorable. The host, Ruth, was very attentive providing an excellent introduction to the property as well as an immediate response and resolution of a maintenance issue that arose during our visit.

Great house, great host

Dealing directly with Ruth was a pleasure and a big advantage. She was very responsive and went above and beyond what was expected to be sure we were satisfied. The house is in a section of Pensacola Beach that is not crowded. We had the entire beach in front of the house to ourselves all week. The house is well kept and very functional. Out beach vacation

Everything was lovely. The only thing we were not happy with was the bed in the master bedroom. Everything was so high end, but the bed in the masfer was a double! The .mattreas was not good, and thhe head of it tipped downwards. Did not make for a good night's rest.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, not a full size bed, which is a smaller measurement. Our beds are exactly as described on the VRBO page. We have actually had people ask us for the mattress brand because it was the best thing they ever slept on. But bedding is very personal. I myself have a compressed nerve and chronic back pain which is why we bought that Tempurpedic mattress. Family vacay

The house was in an excellent location a short distance from the restaurants and shops. The beach was a lot less crowded which was perfect since we had 3 small children. The house itself was very clean and up to date. It was well stocked with cooking accessories and towels and linens. Of most important the air conditioning kept the house cool and comfortable all week. There were also plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available to take to the beach. Dealing with Ruth thru the reservation process and checking in and out was very efficient. She was a delight to work with. Everything went very smooth. The house is better than advertised.

So Beautiful and Perfect Location!

This house is beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect for us! The house is located further down Pensacola Beach from the main action and high rise condos and hotels. The house is located right on the beach and it felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. The bedrooms were spacious and spotless. The view from the main living area was incredible! The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything our family of six adults and two children would need for a week's stay. Our host, Ms. Ruth, was very attentive and responsive. We had a couple of minor house issues that were handled quickly and with little to no interruption to our activities. I would highly recommend this house for families who would like an awesome beach view, beach access, and lots of space to breathe.

Best for a large family.

My family and I have been going on beach vacations since we were kids. Since becoming adults, we have not stayed at the same beach twice, let alone the same house. We loved this experience so much we booked again next year! Ruth was amazing with communication and making sure we were enjoying our stay. With 4 family's staying in one house it still did not seem to crowded. The main floor is open concept right out to the front porch. The loft area is great for kids and board games during rainy times and still gives a view of the ocean. Everyone was ecstatic about the amount of personal beach space this property provides, we had room to set up all the chairs and ground mats we needed, still play soccer along the beach and not be in anyone else's way! I absolutely recommend staying here if you can find dates available!

Our beautiful contempory home is ideal for families seeking a more quiet location on Pensacola Beach, yet close enough to numerous restaurants and shops, just 2 miles away. Swimming, Bike paths, nearby deep sea fishing, Sound/Bay fishing, jet skiing, wind-surfing, kayaking, sailing, paragliding, parasailing, pier fishing, water skiing, scuba diving or snorkeling & tennis

What makes this property unique

Our guests just love our home. Open concept living/dining/kitchen allows for family unity. Each bedroom has it's own flat panel TV and private bathroom. Lower level covered deck features 2 picnic tables, an outdoor shower, and a lovely flat stretch of white sand allowing for outdoor play after the beach. All impact glass, w/ accordion hurricane shutters and armor screen on 2nd floor and roll down shutters w/ armor screen on 3rd floor.
