The property is located on Spring Lake (a gated community,) has its own private entrance, 2 private balconies & a designated parking space for your vehicle. Shopping, Restaurants and Mall only 5 minutes away! Only 30 minutes away from beautiful natural springs, 17 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 35 minutes from Universal and Disney Parks! This 2nd level, 1 (king) bed and 1 bath is perfect for a romantic getaway. Homeowners are on-site. High Speed Internet.

Quaint upstairs guesthouse above the garage. The location was quiet and safe. Lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was a little too firm for me and the pillows were as well. However, this didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Beautiful facility and neighborhood. Large windows everywhere. A small balcony shaded by palm trees.Seamless instructions for arrival and departure.It sure doesn't seem like you're above a three-car garage.
