Just steps away from the beach, this beach block property provides the perfect escape. It is also just 2 blocks from the Bay and is walking distance to restaurants, shops, putt-putt golf, the grocery (Anchor Produce Market), and much more!

Enjoy a meal, cocktail or book on the fully furnished deck (complete with gas grill) on this quiet, family friendly street. There is an outside shower, on premise parking for one car, and free street parking.

Steps from everything!

Perfect stay. We have been coming to LBI for the past few years. This was our best stay yet. Close to the beach, shops and eateries. Host/owner was excellent and quick with communication. Would gladly stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well set up. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. The location was lovely and the beach was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week down the shore. The rental was everything we expected. Great location, nicely kept and everything we needed. Close to beach, on a very quiet street but also walking distance to pizza, coffee, bakery and ice cream!

Stayed for a week with my adult children. Overall it was a great location. Easy walk to the beach, pizza, ice cream. The bay side doesn’t disappoint with sunsets. However the beds are really hard and uncomfortable.

LBI Beach House - Surf City, NJ

The house was awesome, I would highly recommend to family and friends. Great location with lots of amenities not to far from the house and the best part was the walking distance to the beach! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I had such a great time during our stay here! The house was clean and had everything you would need. Great restaurants, shopping and things to do in walking distance and can’t forget to mention that you’re only steps away from a nice and quiet beach. Our 2 year old had a blast and we will definitely be looking to come back next year!

We have been coming to Long Beach Island for 15+ years, and we just love it. This location is our absolute favorite. It has just the right mix of a beautiful beach that is not crowded, yet walking distance from everything you need. A bonus is that it is just 2 blocks from the Bay for those who want to kayak or enjoy the Bay. We purchased this home last year for our families and to share with yours.
