This Key Colony Beach Paradise is a private and spacious (2,750 sq. ft. living space per unit) vacation rental that is perfect for small intimate gatherings, or large families alike.
This property is located in the Island Village of Key Colony Beach. It is within walking distance to the beaches, various fine dining restaurants, a post office, 9-hole golf course, tennis facilities, and a well-stocked world class charter boat fleet.
Cabana Club Membership (Beach/Pool) included in all rentals.
Sleeping arrangements are 1 KING bed and 3 queen beds (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs)..
You have a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground level for those who do not want to walk up the stairs.
This home is SMOKE-FREE (no exceptions!).
The home sleeps up to 8 individuals in beds plus 2 in the sofa sleeper. Additional cost when over 8 occupants.

The open concept kitchen allows free access to communicate and associate with guests in the dining room, and those in the OVER-SIZED living room. The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the sun deck, pool, BBQ area, and the water (canal).
The living room is equipped with a high-definition flat screen, and allows you to enjoy the company of family and guests.

The outdoor includes a large covered deck, a sun deck, a large heated pool (heater provided at additional cost), with a BBQ.

The property is located on the water with a 50' concrete private dock available for the sole use of the tenant includes fish cleaning table and 30 AMP electric connection. 50 AMP electric connection at an additional cost. The property includes a bait freezer. A 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to the Atlantic Ocean, with quick access to the Gulf of Mexico.
This house includes a deep water boat dock (50 feet and able to accommodate large vessels) with a fish cleaning table, water and power on dock. (110 and 30 amp)(50 amp at additional cost)

High-speed wireless internet included, as well as flat screen TV's.

This vacation rental is a one hour drive to Key West or Key Largo and two hours from Miami. All rentals include a membership to the Cabana Club, a private ocean/beach club with pool, hot tub, and beach. The Club is within walking distance. A short stroll to Sunset Park!

This property is well MAINTAINED and OWNER managed.

The islands of the Keys are the Best Kept Secret in the U.S. Bring your boat - rent a boat and enjoy fishing, diving or snorkeling minutes from shore - no need to travel far.

Sunset Park is 1 block away; the Cabana Club Beach is a block away (an easy walk or bike ride - PARKING is available; Sombrero Beach is 5 miles away; and Bahia Honda Beach is appx 10 miles from Marathon. Small remote gorgeous beaches.

We had a very nice stay as the house was roomy and comfortable. The pool area is great, next to the canal where we saw manatees and lots of pelicans. The kitchen seemed fully equipped for those wanting to cook meals at home. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to several restaurants and stores. One of the owners, Danny, was helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The home is beautifully decorated with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Pool is a great bonus to not have to always go to the Cabana Club. Manatees, Nurse sharks and lots of fish right in the canal to be marveled at. The beds and couches are comfortable, kitchen is large to cook in . Overall a very wonderful stay.

Fun in the Keys

We had a great time with ample room for the whole family. Enjoyed the pool, cabana club, and rented a pontoon from Key Colony Marina that was perfect for our group of 9. We ventured to Key West and had outstanding Cuban food at El Meson de Pepe! Delicious seafood from several island local restaurants and breakfast fit for a King at the Stuffed Pig. Great way to spend Christmas.

Beautiful & Perfect Location

The house was beautiful and a great location on the water! The bedroom with the trundle bed shares a jack and jill bathroom with another bedroom -which is perfect for parents and kids to share. Location was awesome -close to grocery stores and restaurants and a walk to the cabana club. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Fishing off the dock and having the pool right there was great! House is extremely quiet at night and has all thecomforts needed. We enjoyed walking over to Havanna Jacks for drinks and their live music. A must try is Coast To Coast Pizza. A great veteran owned pizza shop. I recommend the Hot Head. We would love to come back and stay again host was responsive to texts.

2nd year we have rented this location, and already booked next year. Easy access to ocean, sandbars, fishing and lobstering. House to very well equipped with all you need, pool is very enjoyable after being out in the hot sun and saltwater.

Great vacation

House is beautiful and the location is great. The homeowner group was very responsive to our questions. The house was clean and spacious. The only items that we wished we had were dressers in a few of the bedrooms to store clothing. The closets have beautiful organizers but there were no hangers so we ended up buying some. No big deal though. We would definitely be interested in staying at this house again.

Great location! The house was everything we needed. It was clean and there was ample room for 10 to spread out. The pool was fun after a day at sea.The snorkeling was amazing. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, and other incredible sea creatures. The boat dock had more than enough room for our 24 foot. The proximity to the ocean and the Gulf was ideal.

This place is so nice!

This was exactly what we were looking for. It made our family fishing trip to the Keys so easy. The cleaning table was there for us, fishing in the backyard was great too! Spacious new house in KCB

New spacious, clean home. Great location on quiet canal with daily visits by a family of manatees. Owner was very responsive. Only recommendations would be to add some wall hangings /rugs to soften the interior as it echos and to provide another set of bowls/dishes.
