Welcome to this lovely renovated 1 level home with fenced in back yard, centrally located in West Sedona. This 3 BR, 2 BA home has an open floor plan. Everything has been updated for your convenience. I do my best to offer you all the comforts of home.

** While I have always maintained being meticulous with cleaning and disinfecting in between each guests departure, we have further stepped up the disinfecting process even more during these challenging times. Every surface, light switch, door knob, cabinet handle and more is disinfected. If you have any questions please let me know.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies as well as dishes and utensils. The spacious living room has a couch with a Lazyboy recliner chair and two plush chairs. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. The extra large bookcase and buffet table in the living room have drawers which contain board games as well as toys for young children to enjoy.

The third bedroom is a studio with a kitchenette area and full bath. This bedroom has a step down to enter and a step up to the kitchenette area. There is a queen size bed as well as a day bed. There is also a separate private fenced in area for the studio for outside private enjoyment.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, plush robes for your comfort, extra pillows and comforters. (In addition to the 3 beds listed we can separate the king bed into 2 twin beds, upon request.)
I can provide an air mattress upon request or the couch in the living room can serve as an additional sleeping space.

There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room next to the back deck. The big fenced in back yard offers you privacy, a barbecue, and a great place for kids to play and your dog to run freely as you soak up the Sedona energy. I provide additional towels and sheets for your fur baby, if needed. I appreciate your cleaning up after your dog. If you are bringing your dog please let me know. An easy walk to Whole Foods, local restaurants, retail stores, hiking trails, bike rental stores and more. A short walk down our tree lined street shows off the incredible red rock views of Sedona.

The home is centrally located and there are many things you can do without a car, if you choose. A short drive will take you to wonderful landmarks, vortexes, shopping experiences and incredible scenery and hiking trails. There is public transportation as well. There are several books on hiking trails and vortexes, along with many pamphlets on places of interest to explore.

The Sedona Community Pool located under a mile from the house.
There is a dog park close to the home, as well.
