Note: For each stay , a one time registration fee of $100.00 should be paid to the office upon arrival to receive a "Registration Packet" which includes wrist bands and parking passes. ( This fee is per stay , per unit not per person. Just one time $100 fee for each stay )

This magnificent fifth floor, gulf front condominium has two bedrooms and a bunk room with two and a half bath overlooking the emerald waters of Gulf of Mexico, and elegantly furnished.
The living room has a sofa bed and adequate sitting furniture, entertainment center with HD flat screen TV and dining area with dining table, chairs and barstools next to kitchen granite counter top.

The master bedroom has a king size bed , HD flat screen TV .
The first guest bedroom has queen size bed , HD flat screen TV .

The bunk room has a bunk bed that includes two twin size bed and a television . The TV in the bunk room is not connected to the cable. ( The bunk room has its own door and window. It is actually a closed room for privacy )

Great location! Great condo with perfect ocean/beach/pool views!

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect so many fun things to do with the kids just a short walk away. The property owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The listing was exactly as described, and everything met our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to our next !

The employees here are extremely rude with an acception of a couple of them. All towels and bedding in our room were soured. The room smelt like mold. The couch was so dirty we put a blanket over it!!! The property manager didnt care! 1 TV out of 4 worked! We will NEVER return to this condo!! Extremely unsatisfied.

Awesome!!!

The property was very nice and clean. The pool was our favorite with plenty of room to play and soak up the sun. Nice view and the hostess, Pari was so helpful suggesting places to eat and visit. She even checked on us to be sure everything was going ok! This was an all around great experience. Highly recommend this property and hostess.

The overall resort was nice.The condo itself was pretty dated. The majority of the condo was very old and worn furnishings. Not anything like the pictures that were posted on line.And the cleanliness of the condo was not the greatest either. The windows were filthy when we arrived, the ceilings fans have never been cleaned, and the furnishings/ furniture was very worn. (Very Dated)The washer machine had a horrible oder, so the towels and laundry came out smelling horrible. As far as the cooking supplies provided, they were very limited also.And our dishwasher was broken the entire week! It needed a major make over and cleaning inside the condo... As far as the resort and location. That was very nice...

Great family place

The room itself was nice and spacious. The chair and umbrella service was nice. The floors turn your feet black and are very slippery. Our 22 month old fell multiple times a day just slipping on dry floor. If your brining littles I’d suggest grippy socks for while inside. The pool is nice and big we never felt like we couldn’t go. Elevators are terrible. We waited 40 minutes one day to try and get on. Parking garage is also a nightmare. Overall would stay again just accommodate the slippery floor with indoor shoes for adults and grip socks for small kids!

Fun place to stay

A couple of issues is this complex DOES allow guest to save the pool chairs with towels so you must have a towel down by 8 am. Also, after 10 pm some guest love to yell off the balcony's at one another while your little ones try to sleep.

Great for the family

We really enjoyed the condo, the pool, and the easy access to the beach! This was our first time at Panama City Beach and we were so impressed with the beautiful crystal clear water! It was senior week so we were surrounded by a lot of partying teenagers so probably won't come back during this week again. Lol Otherwise the host was very gracious and maintained good communication. We really enjoyed our five days here!

Great Vacation

We picked this condo because we were traveling with adults, teens and a 1 year old and didn’t want anyone to have to sleep in the living room. The 3 sleeping spaces (including the closed space with the bunk beds) worked out perfect for our family. The reserved parking spot is literally the 2nd spot from the entrance on the 5th floor — very convenient for loading and unloading. And the other thing we loved was the location, high enough to enjoy the ocean views and low enough to take the stairs if the elevator were busy! We will definitely stay here again! And the owner did an amazing job of communicating with us with all of the details of checking in, etc.

Beautiful

We were highly satisfied with our room at the Shores of Panama! The room was spacious and accommodates a wheelchair throughout the room! The owner of this unit has done a great job with keeping the unit updated! The view from this 5th floor condo was perfect view of the entire pool area and the Gulf which is fantastic for parents with teens! We loved the fact that within walking distance is a Walmart pineapple Willy's and other shops!

Perfect for families!

Just enjoyed a beautiful weekend in the beach for my son’s 4th birthday celebration. There were 3 adults and 3 children and there was enough space for us all. This unit in particular came with assigned parking RIGHT by the door of the parking garage and also came with two beach chairs. This is *important* because parking is additional if not included with the unit. Also the chairs are 50 a piece, but with the unit they were free. The outdoor pool was so large and spacious enough for the whole resort. We stayed at the beach for a full day and the pool another full day. We will definitely be back for another stay. The only thing I will say is to remember to bring seasonings! The unit did not have that but had every thing else needed to cook for the family. 100% would recommend!

Great experience!

This was our first time to PCB and we took a girls trip with my 70 year old Mom, 19 daughter and her roommate, and a good friend of mine. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beds were nice and comfortable. It was also nice having 3 bathrooms. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the mornings having our coffee. The property felt very safe as there is security at every entrance. You're not getting in if you're not staying there! Pari, the owner of this unit, was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. She was awesome to work with! The beach area is pristine with amazing views and the pool at the condo is wonderful. I highly recommend this rental.
