SPECIAL PRIZE FOR CURISTE THREE WEEKS Ask it!

Very nice little T2 style small mountain chalet with WIFI internet and SFR tv channels. It is ideally located in the heart of town at the foot of ski gondola es, shops, spas, pharmacy, restaurant and bakery ... Comfortable, well-stocked.

Before arriving you will receive your travel documents which consist of a total inventory, map and advice.

On the ground floor there is the sofa bed Bultex comfortable, thick 1 year and converted into real bed.

Room mezzanine fully closed (except the window with its shutters) there is the bed mattress two places Latex 20 CM and its matching bedside.

PS: For the 5th person consider that this is an extra mattress to fall below the double bed. As is spartan prefer for a child / teenager.

In Part lounge you will find an extendable table and 4 chairs (All can be arranged under the table and to enlarge the sleeping area) + a stool sheepskin .The cabinets and dresser for storage / The TV tnt CHAINS SFR and dVD / divx, flat screen LED 56 CM.

In the bathroom there is the washing machine with a tub and toilet

Kitchenette refrigerator 2 integrated electric hob,.
Pressure cooker, all kitchen supplies (pots and pans Tefal pro) with many plates and glasses still in the mountain theme. Microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, raclette.

Free parking has two steps. It is next to the church, instead just knew basins ladres to cross.

Petit studio dans un Super emplacement

Points positifs:- communication avec la propriétaire et louisa IMPECCABLE répond toujours rapidement et tres gentillement .-Emplacement parfait -Local ski précieux -petit lave linge super-linge de maison suffisant et nombreux Points « negatifs »:-tres petit appartement (a peu pres 20m2 avec une mezzanine. On y est vite a l’étroit a 4 (avec deux enfants de 3/6 ans) pendant une semaine avec les affaires de skiUne fois le BZ ouvert plus de place du tout Ou si la table a manger ouverte bz fermé Pas du tout de rangement car pris par les couettes et coussins. On vit dans les valises.Ca peut le faire pour un court sejour a mon avis mais pas plus . La literie du bz moyenne mais le lit de la mezzanine est ok A deux je pense que ca vaut le coup

Appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est extrêmement bien situé. Très bien équipé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Je pense que pour 5 personnes c'est quand même un peu trop petit, notamment avec les affaires de ski qui prennent de la place.

Description trompeuse de l'appartement.

Mauvais état général de l'appartement (peintures et sol) ; pas aux normes de sécurité : installation électrique douteuse, plaque de cuisson sans témoin de marche, pas de détecteur de fumée?... ; ce qui est désigné comme chambre est une mezzanine difficile d'accès et dans laquelle on ne peut pas se tenir debout. La propriétaire demande une vérification d'inventaire fastidieuse à faire tant le lieu est saturé d'objets. Literie en mauvais état. Odeur dans l'immeuble et dans l'appartement désagréable. Qualifier cet appartement de T2 de charme est vraiment abusif. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit au lieu des deux prévues.

La información sobre el apartamento es confusa, habla de "para 4 ó 5 personas" y es para dos, el nombre de la calle no está bien escrito ni completo. La traducción al castellano es desastrosa. Faltan algunos elementos indispensables: cortina de ducha, el fregadero es simbólico, no hay extractor, puerta mueble cocina rota, lampatita del dormitorio intermitente, y en general falta un buen mantenimiento. Por lo demás para dos personas el apartamento es correcto y el precio adecuado.

Séjour très agreable, le logement correspond vraiment à l'annonce. Nous nous y sentions bien, avons apprécié le calme et la proximité de toutes les activités environnantes, pas besoin de voiture, les enfants y sont aussi en sécurité, il permet aussi la faciliter de se promener le soir, d apprécier les sources d eaux chaudes.Le logement était très propre, clair, Il ne manque rien, un nid douillet dans une superbe région !!! Que demander de plus ???? Je souhaite y revenir, A RECOMMANDER !!!

L'appartement est bien situé dans le centre de Ax. Il est proche du télécabine donc pas de voiture pour aller skier. Il possède un casier à ski en bas au rdc. Le lieu est très calme pour se reposer.

Un petit nid idéalement placé

Location conforme à la description, propre et bien équipée. C"est un petit nid douillet idéal pour 2 personnes ; nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ados et cela convenait également avec un peu d'organisation. Idéalement situé dans le centre d"Ax, à 2 pas des commerces ,restaurants et des télécabines. La propriétaire n'est pas présente mais elle est très réactive et a pallié à tous les soucis que nous avons rencontré (une personne sur place assure le relais ). Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent! Nous la recommandons.
