Fully furnished 525 sqare foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with kitchenette. Equipped with all the amenities for short or long term stays. Includes pans & kitchen necessities, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, stove, etc. Queen size bed, plus a pullout sofa. Includes free Wifi, TV, and free laundry facilities. Air conditioning. Ideal for 1-2 persons. Parking for up to 2 vehicles. Located on prime waterfront property with dock access and a private sandy beach. We will strive to provide a water view but cannot guarantee it. MINIMUM STAY: June 1 - Labor Day is 14 nights. The rest of the year is a 5 night minimum.

We are originally from St. Clair area and our family is nearby. We purchased this property with multiple rentals and it's been a labor of love to upgrade and restore this property. Four generations pitch in to get things done here.
Why they chose this property
It's all about the river! Watch the spectacular freighters and other watercraft as they pass by each day, with Canada on the opposite shore.
What makes this property unique
We have a small private sandy beach and a new dock to sit and watch the river or fish from.
