Nice resort

This is a very nice property. Be warned that once they know that you haven't been there before, they will try to get you to take their "presentation". They will offer you discounts or even free activities. You can just say no! Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful facility and friendly/helpful staff. The only fault was not enough information was shared about what is happening in and around the resort.

Why they chose this property

We love Hacienda Encantada because it is gorgeous, well maintained with beautiful rooms and facilities. The food is wonderful. We always feel very safe. Most importantly, the people who work here are great!
