Your fabulous beach vacation starts here in this lovely 2nd floor front-corner unit of Pelican’s Landing. It captures a great view of the ocean and along with well appointed accommodations, it offers the perfect recipe to a perfect vacation, in a home away from home. Whether sitting on the living room screened balcony or the non-screened bedroom balcony, you will capture the feeling and sounds of Southern comfort that only a beach vacation can offer. The elevator is within steps to the unit that takes you within steps to the warmth of the Myrtle Beach sand.
Within walking distance there is a sub shop, pizza shop, the Flip Flop bar/restaurant, general store, ice cream shop and bike rentals. Great to pick up some last minute items, a snack or souvenirs. The ever popular Ocean Annie's Bar can be entered from the beach and offers nightly music during peak periods.
Being on the front corner, 2nd floor with a screened balcony, it provides a great view of the ocean to relax or just to 'people watch, before or after coming back from the beach. The balcony is great for early morning breakfast, hanging out at night, or for quiet time to read or capture the sounds of the ocean when the sun goes down.
Shore Drive is a private drive and walking distance to the general store and a few bar/restaurants. This Shore Drive area is located centrally with great things to do. Within 3-10 miles you can enjoy great shopping from Barefoot Landing, north of us, to Broadway at the Beach, south of us and the ever popular Restaurant Row in between. Some of the great things to do and see include: House of Blues, Tanger Outlets at 17, Pirate's Voyage, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe', Margaritaville and Nascar Cafe'Mini Kart Park. Located close by is a Super Wal-Mart and a 24-hour Kroger. Kroger is within a large plaza with a variety of shops. The famous 'Restaurant Row' is within just a couple miles along Highway 17, whatever is your pallet don't not forget the over 100 golf courses, one of which is the Arcadian, you will pass it as you head to the ocean and onto Shore Drive.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. The porches with the ocean view and spectacular skies can’t be beat! Love this area of Myrtle beach. Close to everything but quiet for families with young kids. Kimm was great to rent from as she made everything easy with excellent communication. Can’t say enough positive things about our great week of spring break. Will definitely be back! Thanks

The condo was just as advertised. We could sit on the balcony and hear the surf. The condo is clean and stocked. The condo is in a good location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great family vacation!

We really loved being able to walk down to the beach every day! There was enough room for the family to spread out and it was tastefully decorated ( though we did have to move some of the lamps and knick knacks so our little ones wouldn't destroy them.) Communication was excellent and they were impressively able to get a repair person over for a appliance repair within 24 hours!!

This condo is situated close to the beach and close to the pool. The deck offers a wonderful breeze from the ocean and view as well. Inside space offers a bright and sunny while ample space for all things vacation related. We will return. Thank you.

Just the vacation we needed…

Our stay was amazing! Kimm sent us info by mail so that we we knew what to expect upon arrival. It was easy peasy finding the condo, checking in, etc. Everything was super clean. We had more than enough cooking items so that we were able to eat at home multiple nights. And the location… WOW! STEPS away from the beach. It was beautiful. Kimm checked in on us via VRBO while we were there to ensure our stay was going well. Kimm also provided several recommendations on places to eat and things to do. It was really great. We’re excited to make this our new yearly vacation spot. 💚

Our family owned and operated, oceanview condo has been in our family since 2001. Myrtle Beach has always been our family’s favorite vacation spot and we always considered this our home away from home. In January 2018 my husband and I purchased it from my parents and we hope to continue on the legacy. Our family has made so many beautiful memories here and we hope when you stay, you’ll make some new wonderful memories too.
