5 Star Luxury Home + 4 King Bed Suites + Bunkroom + Game Room + Hot Tub
Clean and well maintained contemporary home situated on the 11th hole of the Prospector course of the Suncadia Resort Community. Located on Maple Leaf Loop it is a short walk to Suncadia Lodge and activities, Glade Spring Spa and Swiftwater Cellars.
Large windows and sliding doors showcase the beautiful view and join the great room to the outside living space complete with gas fire pit, patio dining area with BBQ and hot tub. Inside the open floor plan features a bright gourmet kitchen with a massive island for gathering and separate dining table designed for large groups.
This is the perfect getaway for multiple couples or families. Two guest rooms are on the first floor, both with King sized beds, simple but cozy design elements as well as their own private bathrooms. 2nd floor features a 3rd similarly styled bedroom with a Juliette balcony overlooking the golf course and also has a King bed. A custom 8 bed bunk room (extra long twins) with a sliding barn door and lofted hallway space overlooking the great room below is also upstairs. On the other side of this level is the master bedroom suite. Modern design with extra large doubled headed shower with a rain feature as well as a deep 2 person soaking tub ready to help ease you into relaxation.
Back downstairs in the great room you will find a gas fireplace with remote control, 72” TV with cable channels, ample seating area and a powder bathroom. Additionally there is a den off of the main living space with a 2nd TV with cable, DVD player and fold out couch. Down the hall towards the 2 car garage converted into a game room, you will find the laundry room with plenty of storage space for jackets, boots and gear.
This home comes complete with everything you may need to enjoy your stay throughout all four seasons. There are plenty of activities around the neighboring towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum as well as in the resort.
Please note, this home is not part of the Suncadia Rental program and so access to the Fitness and Swim center is not included as part of your stay.
This home is perfect for your relaxing stay away at Suncadia Resort. While we can accommodate groups of a large size easily we do not wish to be associated as a "Party House" or host rowdy groups stays. If you have questions about what this means, please send me your questions!

This property has 2 outside cameras installed and in use for security and wildlife monitoring. Location #1 is by front door and captures entry and driveway. Location #2 is on the back porch and captures patio, firepit and a portion of the hot tub. The cameras are not actively monitored/observed during guest stays to provide privacy but we reserve the right use the data as needed in instances of vandalism, break-in or wildlife destruction (bear, etc.) Please contact us for further information.

Hello, and welcome to our home. "Konocadia" was built as a relaxing getaway for our family and has become one of our favorite places to go. We love the easy commute from Seattle where we are based, the relaxed vibe of the area and vast activities offered by the resort and nearby towns. We designed the home to be a gathering space for family and friends with a modern twist to the mountain theme. We hope you enjoy your time here and are able to create some lasting memories of your own. It is near and dear to our hearts and we welcome you to come visit and see for yourself.
Why they chose this property
The home is positioned on the 11th hole of the Prospector Golf Course with a view of the fairway and passing golfers in the Summer. The other side of the greens are natural preserve which provides extra privacy in the backyard. In the Winter months this is the perfect area for sledding and access for snow shoeing.
What makes this property unique
We have tried to create a space that welcoming to families and larger groups by designing each room with it's own bathroom and stocking the kitchen with more than enough dishes, service ware and gadgets and things to make your stay just like home.
