Find abundant space to park your cars in the garage (two vehicles) and driveway (three vehicles), walk half a mile southeast to catch the free island trolley and peruse the shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue, and spend each evening admiring the gorgeous, colorful sunsets on Bean Point Beach a quarter-mile west.

Whether you're staying for a week or a month, you'll find a bright, breezy home base at Heavenly Holly. Come home from a morning at the beach to rinse off in the outdoor shower, take a dip in the private pool, and savor the island breezes on the screened lanai. Light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, launch your boat from the dock and take an afternoon cruise (the dock can accommodate boats up to 25 feet in length), and return home in time for a sunset stroll with your loved ones. Free WiFi is also provided throughout!

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
