APARTMENT IN PEACE IN THE CENTER 300M FROM THE GREAT BEACH OF QUIBERON

You are located in the heart of Quiberon in a small quiet street near the church. A few minutes walk from the Beach, right next to the shops, the market 500 meters from the shuttles for a boat trip to Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat or Hoédic. We have been welcoming holidaymakers for 2 seasons and they have all been won over by the apartment. it is new and benefits from the charm of this old bourgeois house from 1882.
On the ground floor of the residence is a world massage parlor, on the first floor an apartment rented for the year and on the top floor your rental. With 63M2 of surface two beautiful bedrooms the apartment is very comfortable for 5 people. In the annex available a room for bicycle, stroller, surfboard, fishing rod.

Location, situation très centrale au centre de la ville de Quiberon (Parfait incontestablement) Équipement, plus que de raison. On dispose de tout (papier toilette, Sopalin, sacs-poubelle, etc.) Ce qui est rare Vraiment, j'hésite à recommander cet appartement, car c'est très précieux comme adresse Accueil et communication au top!!!

tolle Wohnung direkt in Quiberon

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung mitten in Quiberon! Alles war wie beschrieben, die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und super ausgestattet, man war in 5 Minuten am großen Strand von Quiberon. Und die Stadt und Umgebung sind einfach ein Traum....wir kommen sehr gern wieder und empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Une petite parenthèse sur Quiberon que nous ne connaissions pas malgré qu'on soit pas très loin mais tjrs trop de monde du coup on n'y allait pas 😅mais la agréablement surprise: pas de bouchons ni à aller ni au retour L'appart est très bien situé, on fait tt à pied, la plage est à 5 bonnes minutes, plein de resto bref on reviendra... J'ai trouvé un lieu de séjour reposant, agréable, lumineux, silencieux, avec tout le confort et le nécessaire en cuisine. Seul bémol, étant un peu grand (190 cm), sous les toits il faut prendre ses marques ;-)

Séjour agreable à Quiberon

L'appartement est bien placé, au centre ville, au calme, dans une petite rue, pas loin de la plage, d'office de tourisme...Un appartement de charme, lumineux, on se sent bien et on dort très bien! Propre, bien équipé, il y a beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants ainsi que des jeux de société. Sandrine est très gentille et vous donne des conseils pour votre séjour. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement! Merci Sandrine!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig, hell, nett eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Die Küche ist etwas unpraktisch für aufwendigere Gerichte. Die Dusche ist für etwas dickere Menschen sehr eng. Die Waschmaschine ist kombiniert mit einem Wäschetrockner. Leider fehlen ein Fön und WiFi. Zu Strand und Bahnhof sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf von Lebensmitteln.

Mehr als nur eine Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist mehr als eine Ferienwohnung. Man könnte sofort dort einziehen und wohnen. Es ist alles da. Und man merkt dass da nicht nur Urlauber wohnen. Die Beschreibung stimmt genau. Die Lage ist prima um Quiberon zu besuchen, es ist genau im Stadtzentrum. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
