Conveniently located, you will be only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Whether you take a stroll around the lake or a short drive to the many vineyards, there is always something to see.
The house is an open plan concept with a cosy living room, a big kitchen fully equipped, a reading corner by the window next to the coffee bar, a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, a guest bedroom with bunk beds and kid area, a nice bathroom with a large italian shower and a beautiful private patio with flowers and vegetation.
