Flip Flop Paradise-Steps to the Sand! Free Bikes

This brand new remodeled Seaside Villa is just steps to the beach. Beautiful ocean view from your private balcony and view of the pool from the front door.
Everything in the unit is new, down to the sheets and towels. New appliances, flooring throughout, sleeper sofa, kitchen table, comforter and much more, all purchased in January 2025. Brand new Serta plush queen sized mattress set purchased Nov 2024.
There are many great restaurants within walking distance, but the kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook. Includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a barbecue grill and picnic tables on the grounds.
There are also beach chairs and bikes for your use.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. If there is anything we can do to make your vacation more special, like flowers or champagne, just let us know!

Great property and nice host. Steps away from the beach. My daughter had great time sleeping on bunker beds. Bed was little small but house was great. Kitchen was clean and fully functional. Host was very effective with the communication and everything was kept clean and ready for us. We would love to go back very soon.

Perfect location for a small family! Only thing I would mention is there are only 2 adult bikes and no kids bikes, just to be clear. There are many places to rent them though.

This was a great rental! It was just the right size for my husband and I. This unit really does have a nice view of the water. Great access to the beach. The beach items supplied were in very nice condition. The walk to Coligny is a very short distance.Kendall was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions I had. Looking forward to our next trip with hopes this unit will be available.:)

We loved our stay at this property. The beach access was as advertised and was fantastic. The bikes were nearly new, and the room was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that need. Just my wife and I stayed there. The villa sleeps 6 and I suspect that it would be tight for that many people.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and I can honestly say we are hooked! We will for certain return again. The condo location couldn’t have been better with the beach just a short walk or even shorter bike ride. We really enjoyed the bikes the owner provided and was the main choice of transportation our whole stay. We were even provided baskets for them. Our host was so nice and communicated everything we needed to know and checked in on our stay. The whole property was older but very nice. Our condo was rather clean considering coming out of I’m sure a busy season. The queen bed is rather firm which bothered my back (just how I am) but my husband was comfortable. I would recommend bringing an additional fan if you run hot at night. There is a ceiling fan but I should have known to bring my own ha ha. Overall we were so pleased and will be returning.

Reviewer Comments: This condo absolutely exceeded our expectations- it was small but VERY clean and cozy- and the view of the beach from the balcony was such a delight! We had plenty of space (2 parents, 3 kids) and we loved the great pool and super short walk to the beach. The host was very communicative and the property had many creature comforts that helped put the icing on the cake of a great stay- bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of dishes and kitchen tools, etc. Highly recommend!
