TERRIFIC LOCATION! Situated on the south side of Laporte Avenue near the DeWire Center.

FIRST FLOOR: Large covered front porch leads you to a wood floored living room with a wood burning fireplace; dining room that seats up to 6; kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker; powder room; den with Cable TV/VCR; laundry room with washer and dryer with access to the renovated back deck which has a gas grill.

SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with 2 twin beds; bedroom with double bed; bedroom with a queen bed; bedroom with a king size bed (2 twin beds under one headboard); full bath.

Eaglet sleeps up to seven. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are negotiable for a non-refundable pet fee. Wifi is available at Eaglet, but cannot be guaranteed.
