Très bon séjour

Emplacement idéal : près de la plage, près du marché, près des restaurants. Appartement équipé de façon simple mais efficace, bien isolé du bruit et plutôt frais, la climatisation a été appréciée (la nuit). Quartier calme, belle plage familiale. Pas de problème pour se garer (juillet). Extérieur très apprécié, pas de vis-à-vis, repas pris dehors chaque jour. Propriétaire accessible et réactive. Juste pour prévenir : fauteuil et canapé de la pièce principale qui ont bien vécu, et fermeture de la porte d'entrée un peu rudimentaire. Très bon séjour.

Aufenthalt im August 2022

Völlig unproblematische An- und Abreise, Vermieterin ist sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben die 14 Tage Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Meeresnähe, sehr gute Nähe zu den täglichen Märkten, zu Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Klimaanlage war nachts sehr hilfreich. Kleiner Tipp: die Stechfliegen im Freien hält man sich mit Kaffeepulverdampf fern. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Perfekte Lage

Perfekt gelegen, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und auch zu Geschäften und Vergnügungsmeile, dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Außenbereich ist Gold wert, abends hat man dort angenehme, nicht störendere, Hintergrundmusik durch die Nähe zu dem zentralen Platz mit Bühne und Live-Bands.

Idéalement placé, à deux pas du centre, des commerces, restaurants, de la plage et du marché du matin. Ce bien nous a beaucoup plus que ce soit par son intérieur, très agréable à vivre, que son extérieur, bien équipé, très grand et en même temps très intimiste. Aucune difficulté à se garer à proximité. À refaire.

Schade

Zuerst waren wir enttäuscht, da das Objekt nicht gelüftet wurde... alles roch sehr modrig. Die Cafemaschine hatte noch Cafepulver am Deckel des Wasserbehälters, der Badezimmer Spiegel verschmiert, Batterien für Rauchmelder und Fernsteuerung hat sie uns in die Hand gedrückt und gemeint, dass sie keine Zeit dafür hatte... wobei man bei dem wissen muss dass die Vermieter im Haus wohnen, also keinen Anfahrtsweg haben um "klar Schiff"zu machen. Der erste Eindruck war nicht positiv. Aber die Lage des Objektes, die schattige Außenanlage, jeden Tag Bauernmarkt und die Nähe zum super Sandstrand haben den Zustand der Wohnung etwas in den Hintergrund rutschen lassen. Und ach ja: auschecken ist nicht bis 10 h morgens - sondern um zehn Uhr. Etwas früheres abreisen nur schwer möglich.

Super séjour

Le logement est top, bien placé et très confortable. On a tout fait à pied pendant 1 semaine. Il y a un très grand marché tous les jours avec des produits locaux, une fête foraine le soir pour les enfants.

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Man kann entspannt im Garten sitzen und die Ruhe genießen. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt, die Ortsmitte ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es vormittags einen Markt und am Abend ist immer was los. Die Musik hört man im Garten dezent, war sehr angenehm. Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht.

Privater Rückzugsort in ansonsten lebhaftem Dorf

Die Wohnung war zwar nicht luxuriös aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (Achtung: außer Handtücher und Bettwäsche ... kann man aber bei Laetitia mieten). Besonders toll, war der private Außenbereich vor der Wohnung: mit einer hohen Hecke von der Umgebung abgetrennt, war das eine kleine Ruhe-Oase im ansonsten lebhaften Dorf. Es war eine schöne Zeit bei Laetitia!

Excellent emplacement à proximité du marché, de la plage et des restaurants

Idéal pour séjour en famille ou entre amis. Emplacement idéal. Pas besoin de voiture sur place Le confort du logement pourrait être amélioré et le bruit de l'appartement du dessus est assez présent Pas de meubles de chevets dans une des chambres. Pas de lampe à éclairage indirect dans le séjour. Le linge de maison et les draps ne sont pas fournis.

Schönes Haus mit Charme und wirklich nah zum Meer!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr angenehm, es gibt alles was man braucht. Mehr aber auch nicht - keine Spülmaschine und Klimanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Besonderer Pluspunkt: man kann wunderbar draußen sitzen und alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ihre Geheimtipps waren super. Vielen Dank!

Très agréable

Un très grand merci à laetitia pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils durant notre séjour. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces sans qu'il n'y ait de bruit. Ideal pour les famille, la terrasse est ombragée ce qui est très agréable. Le logement très fonctionnel, propre et bien décoré. Encore un très grand merci pour ces belles vacances.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très confortable et spacieuse, le grand extérieur offre de belles possibilités, déjeuner en famille ou recevoir des amis. Très bien située avec un accès à la plage et au grand marché quotidien de St pierre rapide et facile. Je recommande cette location d'autant plus que les propriétaires sont d'une extrême courtoisie et discrétion.

Superbes vacances !!!

Pour nous cela fait 6 ans que nous venons à st pierre la mer, dont 3 ans dans cette très jolie location. Les propriétaires sont discrets, tres sympathiques et toujours disponibles. La location est très bien entretenue, spacieuse et dispose d'un très agréable espace exterieur, idéal lorque l'on a des jeunes enfants. De plus, elle est idéalement situee : à proximité de la plage, du marché, des restaurants, et des commodités. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. St pierre la mer a de belles plages, une fête forraine, un marché de jour et de nuit. De belles balades sont à faire dans la clape également. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit, idéal pour des vacances en famille ! Pour notre part, nous nous ferons une joie de revenir!
