Séjour île rousse

Appartement idéalement situé, à proximité de la plage, des commerces et du marché. Excellente isolation phonique, très appréciable en hyper centre avec bars et restaurants à côtés. La cage d'escaliers est vétuste avec absence totale de lumière, pas pratique la nuit,crépis qui s'effrite... Concernant l'appartement, lors de notre séjour climatisation défectueuse. Malgré notre signalement rapide aux propriétaires, aucune intervention ne sera faite dans la semaine. Equipements dans la cuisine incomplet...5 cuillères à soupe, 4 mugs, 1 poêle, aucun couvercle adapté, bouilloire défectueuse, pas d'éponge, un fil en guise d'etendoir a linge ( avec d'éjection d'oiseaux sur les vêtements...). Canapé convertibles pas très confortable. Malgré toutes ces déceptions, notre séjour fut un régal, nous sommes très attachés à ce village.

Même si c’est le seul retour négatif reçu à ce jour, depuis près de 10 ans d’accueil de vacanciers, désolé de recevoir une si mauvaise appréciation et sans aucune remarque sur les qualités de l’appartement et de son équipement. Quant à la climatisation, elle a été intégralement révisée et désinfectée avant l’arrivée de ces vacanciers. Le professionnel est intervenu et le problème corrigé. Mais il sera toujours difficile en Corse de vouloir 16 degrés dans l’appartement quand il fait 35 à l’extérieur. Comme indiqué à l’arrivée de ces vacanciers l’immeuble est en cours de rénovation complète, sans aucune conséquence dans l’appartement et la question de la lumière dans l’escalier a été signalée au syndic. les remarques sur l’équipement de la cuisine sont étonnantes : il y a bien d’autres ustensiles dans la cuisine équipée pour 4 personnes et là encore c’est la première fois en près de dix ans que de telles remarques nous sont adressées ! Enfin l’étendoir pour le linge est typique des régions méditerranéennes et même si c’est la première fois que des pigeons « s’oublient » sur le linge, j’avoue ne pas avoir le contrôle de leurs déjections… Nous serons ravis le jour où ces « voyageurs » trouveront enfin leur bonheur.

A l’Île Rousse , on se sent bien , très bien . C’est charmant , à taille humaine , ni trop grand , ni trop petit , on a tout sur place pour passer un séjour très agréable . D’autant plus agréable que l’appartement est idéalement situé, proche des commerces, des restaurants , des glaciers , de la plage . Vous pouvez poser la voiture et ne plus la reprendre . L’appartement situé dans le vieux quartier est impeccable , propre , refait à neuf avec beaucoup de charme . Ses propriétaires sont d’une extrême gentillesse , accueillants, et vous donneront tous les conseils dont vous avez besoin . Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés

Lieu idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances

Le logement est situé idéalement au centre ville de l’ile Rousse. Proche de toutes les commodités ( restaurants, supérette, boulangerie...). Le marché couvert est en place tous les matins au pied de l’immeuble. I’appartement est bien aménagé et spacieux. Nous le conseillons vivement.

Thierry e sua moglie sono persone oneste e sempre disponibili, l'appartamento é ben organizzato e c'è tutto il necessario per passare le vacanze. Ottima anche la posizione nel centro del paese e vicino al mare. In mezz'ora si raggiungono anche le montagne per fare delle passeggiate. Comodissimo.

Super séjour!

Appartement très bien situé au centre de l'Ile-Rousse et à 3 minutes à peine de la plage à pied. Déco moderne, équipement complet (clim, lave vaisselle, lave linge, wifi...), propreté irréprochable et proprios très sympas! Plein de choses à faire à proximité (désert des Agriates, plages sauvages de Lozani ou l'Ostriconi, les petits villages de Balagne, Calvi - y aller avec le petit train des Chemins de Fer de Corses!- ...) Je recommande cette adresse !

Bellissima Vacanza

Bellissimo appartamento nuovissimo e fornitissimo in peno centro e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Dotato di 2 condizionatori molto efficenti e fornito di tutti gli accessori per la cucina e non solo. Molto pulito con un bel parquet e letti comodi. Lo consiglierei a tutti
