Individual chalet, new, built in 2012, charming design and all comfort at the foot of Mont Blanc. In a preserved environment, overlooking the glaciers.
Chamonix is 6 km from the beginners' tracks Tourchet des Houches 1km the Telepherique access domains des Houches 2km.
Bus stop serving the entire Chamonix Valley 300m, supermarket 500m.
A beautiful situation therefore for this chalet and the possible reception for 5 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, slightly steep staircase not recommended for children under 10 and the elderly
