Old Town Scottsdale! Welcome baseball fans and weather chasers! Extremely convenient location to all that Scottsdale has to offer! 5 minutes from entertainment district and all the pool parties and shopping, 5 minutes to the new aquarium and old west museum, 10 minutes to the zoo, and within 10 minutes to the water park or fancy resorts. 10 minutes from airport. Plenty of beds for the big group.

Work groups, Bachelor/Bachelor parties, Family vacations, Reunions, Traveling Nurses.

Living room and Patio equipped with a 55" Smart TV with streaming access, as well as a 48" TV in room 2. Comfortable couches with a Queen pull out bed. Dining room with a table and ample seating for 8. Outdoor Dining that can seat just as many. Newly remodeled pool and pool deck. Barbecue, outdoor fire pit, diving pool, cornhole, ring toss are all part of what makes this backyard an entertainment center. Large kitchen with all the amenities/appliances. Patio and pool furniture. New fire pit sitting on top of new patio pavers. Total of 13 beds including the pull out couch and 2 air mattresses.

There are games for family fun, such as Catch Phrase and Yahtzee. Outdoor games as well, such as cornhole, ring toss, and a basketball hoop.

Scottsdale's greenbelt runs near the property. This long expanse of park-like amenities runs from Tempe through Scottsdale, and is great for biking, volleyball, running, golf, Frisbee golf, football etc. Scottsdale's best dining and shopping is not even a 5 minute uber ride or 10 minute bike ride.

There is a shopping center within a mile with a grocery store, pharmacy, and several dining options

Scottsdale's newest thing are public scooters. Scooters are on random streets in the neighborhood. They rent for $1/hr and do not have to be returned to any specific location. Riding scooters is very popular and a fun way to get around.
The Scottsdale Trolley has routes through this neighborhood as well and will bring you anywhere in the old town area.
Uber and Lyft of course are always at your disposal.

Great Visit!

Easy check in and perfect home for my large family. The outside tv spoiled us all. The kids loved the pool and all the toys. We left Google for the next guests. My only suggestion would be to bring a pizza cutter and sunscreen.

The house is a short ride from Old Town Scottsdale. The house has plenty of amenities and was clean upon arrival. There are plenty of beds for a large group so it was perfect for us!

The host was amazing—very friendly and great with communication. The house was spacious, open, and super convenient. We used it for a bridal shower and bachelorette weekend, and the host was incredibly accommodating. While the floors and a few areas could have been cleaned a bit better, overall, we had a great experience with no major complaints.

Great for Bachelor Parties and Large Groups

Good house close to fun spots in Scottsdale. Stayed here with a group of 11 guys and had a great time exploring scottsdale. Pool in the back and plenty of beds to sleep the group. Would recommend.

The house is very clean and has numerous beds. The outdoor area has a pool, fire pit, TV and several sitting areas. The check in process was super easy and there were no issues.

Phoenix Golf Trip

Nice house. Only issue was no lamps in the bedrooms due to the numerous beds. Bedroom shower was broken but Rhett fixed it 5he next day.

Birthday/reunion stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was nice. Having to swim around the hose to the pool sweeper was inconvenient, but made due. Being monsoon weather, we understood the necessity of it to keep the pool clean.

An ideal Scottsdale getaway for medium sized groups

The house is ideally located between Sky Harbor and Old Town Scottsdale, offering easy access to the area. For a party of 20, it was a little snug with sleeping arrangements but a nice open layout, backyard, and outdoor TV was perfect for barbecuing by the pool. Rhet was a pleasant host from the beginning of the process to the end - I would certainly stay with him again.

Property and house worked well for 14. Plenty of space. Location to Old Scottsdale was great. Nice backyard. Minor issues included unheated pool, closet doors not on track, shower/tub switch needs instructions, showers drain slow. Overall very good. Would recommend to others.
