Avoriaz 1800 is a unique pedestrianised ski in ski out resort. To preserve the environment and ensure a relaxing and safe holiday for you and your family cars are not allowed in the resort.

A TRUE KITCHEN where nothing is missing! No small kitchen here, induction hob, dishwasher so that each is at rest, a microwave for the impatient, oven to feast mountain specialties.

BATHROOM REFINED. Shower and comfortable atmosphere well be to recover after full days of skiing. We will provide towels: a bath towel and a towel per person.

BRIGHT AND GENEROUS LIVING ROOM with large screen HD TV, game console, dimmer, free WIFI, sofa and furniture of character. Audio sound system "Bose" for your iphone or otherwise.

BEDROOM 1: Bright, pleasant with its double bed, mattress and duvet for comfort, lots of storage. Charming furniture, HD TV screen to watch a different program than the living room, free WIFI, electrical outlet.

BEDROOM 2: corner "mountain" with 2 bunk beds for 1 person, always in the Savoyard style, arrangement, individual light, electrical socket, bedding, WIFI.

BEDROOM 3: two beds 1 person who can make a big! Storage, new and elegant furniture, electric, WIFI and even an HDTV screen that can be used as a playroom for younger connecting XBOX 360 ... In the evening everyone finds his place.

Too small for 6 people

The double was small and mattress dipped to the middle making sleeping very uncomfortable. One loo with no sink and should six had been in the accommodation it was cramped. Little privacy at all even if out all day. No mirrors in double or twin bedroom which again caused issues if someone had showered with steamed up windows. No decent oven gloves, only one silicone glove which we didn’t trust. Towels very small which again caused privacy issues when showering. No window in twin room, no extractor fans in loo or shower room. But an ideal central location. Would return if it was my husband and I. 3 adults was a push.

Parfait !

Très belle rénovation dans le style montagne cosy, plein de charme. L'appartement est parfaitement situé en plein centre de la station, tous commerces et activités à proximité. Départ et retour skis aux pieds très aisé. Une de nos plus belles trouvailles après six séjours à Avoriaz. Merci à Bénédicte pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse... et pour les délicieux petits-déjeuners !

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Both Benedicte and William were so helpful and brilliant during the whole stay. The Breakfast was lovely every morning. The apartment is clean and specified to a very high standard. The location is awesome being central in Avoriaz. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody.

Nous sommes 6 amis a venir regulierement skier sur le domaine des portes du soleil et plus precisement a Avoriaz. Cette anne nous avons eu la chance de trouver cette location de 2 pieces avec 2 salles de bien, ce qui est bien pratique! L appartement se trouve en plein centre d avoriaz ! a deux pas de l excellente boulangerie le Fournil de Canelle, et de l office du tourisme. En plus d un appartement tres cosi, il est a noter la gentillesse et la disponibilite des proprietaires benedicte et Guillaume qui ont ete l une des cles de la reussite de notre sejour!
