Beautiful and spacious in Palm Springs

Bill is an amazing host. He is always only a text or phone call away. The property manager, Mike, was wonderful and helpful as well. The property is very spacious - four bedrooms, four full baths. Perfect for families. The grounds are beautiful, including a pool, hot tub, gas grill, heat lamps, and loads of outdoor furniture. Everything was well kept up and in working order. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Laundry area very clean and all supplies provided. The entire home was impeccably clean when we arrived - and I am very particular about that! Overall we had a wonderful stay at this property in Palm Springs. Highly recommend.

Great stay at an exceptional property

Everything was ready for us when we arrived at this well equipped house. The layout was ideal for our group of 3 couples and it had everything we needed throughout our stay - even sunscreen and laundry detergent! The property is well maintained and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great and included floats for the pool. The location was very convenient, just a short drive to town and nature trails and a quick walk to Starbucks and other shopping. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick. Overall, this was a perfect house for us!

Wonderful relaxing beautiful home!

This house was awesome! Clean, organized, spacious and very comfortable. They had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and the jacuzzi was relaxing. "It felt like a home". Bill the owner was super communicative and explained everything perfectly. We would definitely love to come back here!

GREAT PLACE. SUPER OWNER.

Second time in this great house. We love the location and layout - and pool, of course. Everything you could need has been provided. Just pack a swimsuit and you're good! Srsly, great washer/dryer included in addition to kitchen that has everything down to two kinds of coffee makers and coffees! The owner is really coo-operative and super-responsive. If you are sensitive to all the crazy over-scented products on the market now, be sure to tell the owner because they use a lot of them. But the good thing is, they will remove almost all of it if you ask. BOTTOM LINE: GREAT HOUSE TO HANG OUT IN; SEPARATE SPACES FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T LEAVE THEIR WORK BEHIND, LOTS OF FUN IN THE SUN, PLAYING GAMES TOGETHER, SPLASHING IN THE POOL, WATCHING MOVIES, HOT-TUBBING - WHATEVER IT IS YOU WANT TO DO, YOU CAN DO IT THERE!

Perfect Rental

Five stars all the way. The host greeted us on arrival and provided information on everything we needed to know. When we had questions about how something worked he responded promptly by text. The kitchen was well provided with dishes, cooking implements. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding. The property is in close proximity to downtown Palm Springs, easy to get to most anything you want to do. The views are outstanding. Everyone one of us said we would rent here again in a heartbeat. Great rental, great experience.

A Palm Springs mid-century vibe with a house that has it all

Just completed a family Christmas reunion (3 adult couples and mother) at Bill's home and it was a rave success. The house was the best decorated house on the block with Christmas lights, several trees and quintessential Palm Springs decor. You can tell the house is so well cared for and special for any time of year. Kitchen is stocked with all the needs to cook, and the cookware is plentiful and top notch. Rooms are all well sized and include outdoor sitting areas. Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of pillows. Showers are great! Good water pressure and temperature. The backyard is vey special - Hot tub and fire pit are fantastic, and the landscaping / lighting feels like a private resort. The pool and lighting also are fantastic. We had the pool heated and swam daily. Great palm springs vibe and decor throughout. We had a fantastic time and truly enjoy the space. Highly recommend - Thanks Bill!

Quiet Oasis in Palm Springs

The house is very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with amenities and in a quiet, yet central, location. All bedrooms were very comfortable - our entire family slept very well during our visit! We enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Our host, Bill, was very helpful and engaging. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

Best place yet

This was our fourth holiday in Palm Springs and we decided to try-out a larger rental home with all the amenities a large family would need. Not only were our (adult) children thrilled with the pool, hot tub and view of the mountains, but the location made it easy for them to stroll downtown to explore the main streets, art museum, etc. For us, this was the perfect location for us to take in several of the Modernism Week events we had booked months earlier. Finally, Bill was an exemplary host, providing us with top-notch advice and local guidance. He was very responsive to our questions about his excellent property. If we can, we'll be back!

Perfect stay!

What a delight to stay at Bill’s place. 3 fantastic bedrooms in a main house and a darling casita and bedroom with spectacular morning views of the mountains. The kitchen is extremely well-appointed, nice living room and tv space (and big tvs in all rooms). Loved the hot tub. Bill was verry quick at responding when a couple minor questions came up. We’d stay here again in a flash. Great location, too.

Fabulous experience.

We enjoyed the property very much. The house was immaculate. Large bedrooms with plenty of closet/bureau space. Dry sunny Open kitchen/dining/living area with stone fireplace. We cooked in 2 nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The attached casita exceeded our expectation and the pool/yard are was beautiful. New 6 person hot tub too. Excellent location filled with lovely homes. We walked downtown several times. The owners were terrific and easy going . AA+

Great family house, especially with a dog

My husband, 2 adult children and I (plus our dog) stayed here for 9 days over Christmas. The owner, Bill, was very responsive and met with my son, who was the first to arrive, to go over everything in the house. Others have commented on how well equipped the house and kitchen are and even so we were amazed to find absolutely everything we could need in the kitchen - including herbs, oil, balsamic, flour, etc. and a basket of goodies from Bill. He even put up Christmas decorations in the yard. The new hot tub was great and we had the pool heated for the first 3 days until the weather turned colder. Perfect house to stay with a dog, with a fenced yard, artificial turf and tile floors throughout. Good location near Tarquitz canyon, the airport and downtown. We had a great time.

Awesome property

First of all we must stay Bill is an excellent host. His property is by far the most well equipped that we have stayed at. There is nothing I can think of that is not in the house. The house is truly a home away from home and we felt like we were at our own home for the week we were there. We had eight adults and one child stay at the house. It was always comfortable and never felt crowded. The house is tastefully furnished in a style that perfectly fits Palm Springs. I would highly recommend the property to anyone planning to visit Palm Springs and hope to stay at this home again.

Wonderful weekend totally exceeding expectations

Bill’s place is just what we needed for a weekend away with friends. The main house has a great set up. Two bedrooms with en suite baths for privacy, and another bedroom with a huge comfy bed. The casitas is super private, has its own bathroom, kitchen and seating area. There is something unique in every room if you have multiple couples/families. The host, Bill, was very communicative and helpful before, and throughout our stay. Highly recommend his place!

Billy communicates beautifully. He was there to show us around when we checked in. They even left me a 70 th birthday gift basket! The house was completely comfortable and the yard came with a pool perfect for treading water, hummingbird attractive plantings, many seating areas that were sunny or shaded at different times of day, a well - equipped kitchen, big TVs..... This was a perfect stay

Perfect Stay

We needed a place to stay in Palm Springs to be close to our place where a big remodel had just begun. It was two of us plus our two larger dogs, and the house was perfect. Kitchen was extremely well provisioned, everything in working order, all electronics in the house updated and easy to operate. Abundant furniture inside and out. Location is so convenient, close to town yet quiet. Great ped walkway along the Tahquitz Cr for walking dogs. Be sure to check out the Townie Bagel Shop!

Wonderful rental in Palm Springs

We had a great time in this beautiful home. The house was very clean and well-stocked with condiments, oils, spices etc. along with a heaping basket of goodies to greet us. The layout is awesome with 4 beds and 4 baths. The heated pool was delightful. We stayed for 5 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Property

Our stay began with an in person, warm welcome by the owner, Bill, and a thoughtful welcome basket. The house was not only absolutely beautiful but also spotless. Every amenity is there for you as a guest. The location is walkable to the town and a short drive to hiking trails. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. We loved everything about it!

Private, quiet, clean and well-organized rental

First off, this place is scrupulously clean. I get easily grossed-out if a place isn’t up to my standards, and I have to say, this is one of the few that has passed my test. Visually, the place looks BETTER than in the photos. The linens are nice quality, and the owners definitely paid a lot of attention to detail. There was a generous basket of snacks and food to tide us over until we shopped at the nearby supermarket which was just 5 minutes away. The kitchen is stocked with a vast array of spices, and has every pot, pan, and utensil you will ever need—- all organized in fresh, new cabinets and drawers. The layout is great for two couples as the bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the house. We also had 3 boys with us, and they loved staying in the separate casita. They loved using their own attached kitchen to bake brownies and make their own popcorn. The casita also provided ample space for them to do their online schooling. Of course, what the boys loved more was hanging out at the pool, which was in a very private backyard. The owners made great use of the backyard, with separate sitting areas, shaded by umbrellas. You can see the tall mountains from the backyard, which are in very close proximity to the house. So pretty. It was so enjoyable to walk our dog in this nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Bill, our host, was very accommodating and responsive, from the beginning til the end. I can’t say enough about him.

Terrific home

This is house is fabulous and even more beautiful than the photos. We had originally planned to stay here with our family to attend the Indian Wells tennis tournament however that was canceled but there is more than enough to do in Palm Springs. The house is a home- well-appointed- and not just a rental property. Communication with the owner was easy and he was available to answer any questions and offer advice. We did have to unexpectedly shorten our stay and the owner offered a refund for the day not used. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to any family or group of friends who desire a lovely oasis in Palm Springs.

Home away from home!

This property is very well maintained, with very cool decor and all the space you'd need! There were 6 of us (2 couples and 2 singles) and we all had our own bedroom and bathrooms. Very well supplied with absolutely everything you need in the kitchen and throughout. Loads of pool towels and pool loungers and floaties for the pool and even lots of board games. We had plans to be out and about during our stay but most days we just stayed at the house and had fun at the pool! Bill the owner was so helpful before our stay and during. I really can't say enough about this wonderful property! We had an awesome time and I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks Bill!

Stay at Tahquitz River Estates

Property was as lovely as advertised and roomy enough to accommodate the 8 adults in our party. The location worked great for us. Close to restaurants and walking trails. Big house, great for couples

The house is perfect for couples, with 4 full bedrooms and 4 full baths. We loved the above ground spa and the pool was the perfect size. We had some silly questions about towels (they're abundant) and a coffee maker (2 Keurigs). Communication with Billy was great and check-in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We bought this home in Palm Springs in 2017. Our hope is to eventually retire in this home. Currently we live in Los Angeles and we are thrilled to be able to offer our "dream home" to others.

Why they chose this property

It is a beautiful, spacious home with mountain views. We love the pool and spa and space this home provides.

We also love the neighborhood and have been staying in this area for many years before buying. We love walking along the "Wash" each morning and have always dreamed of owning a home close to it.
