A fantastic holiday in a beautiful appartment. Very clean & well equiped, we could not have had a more perfect view. We will definately be booking to go there again & would recommend it to anybody wishing to visit the French Riviera.

Wohnung wie angeboten, reichhaltig ausgestattet mit aktueller Technik - Highlight: die Loggia -groß und schattig - toller Ausblick auf das Meer. Einziges Minus: Bahn- und Straßengeräusche sind präsent - wer hier empfindlich ist sollte überlegen. Ansonsten tolle Wohnung mit genügend Platz - und allem was man braucht

Appartement pratique avec tous les équipements nécessaires ! L'espace est suffisant pour 4 adultes (parents et 2 grands enfants). On peut manger soit sur la terrasse soit dans l'appartement. Le plus est la vue sur mer qui est superbe ! La clim est un plus non négligeable en été. L'accès à la mer à pied était un de nos critères et c'est vrai,on accède à la plage en quelques minutes. L'accès à la ville de Cannes se fait aussi soit à pied pour les plus courageux ou en bus avec plusieurs arrêts à proximité. Toute la famille est réellement ravie de notre séjour (15 jours).

Appartement de propriétaire inclus dans un ensemble "Pierres et Vacances" sans en être avertie. Très bruyant, piscines impraticables au vu du nombre de personnes. Appartement de 40m2, oui mais avec terrasse comprise. Coin de nuit enfants sans porte. Front de mer, oui mais plage inaccessible devant la propriété, nécessité d'aller plus loin. En revanche l'équipement de l'appartement est convenable (batterie de cuisine à revoir malgré tout) et propre.

Veel lawaai van trein en buren. Strand is minder aantrekkelijk, de achterbuurt van Cannes. Badmeester is heel streng, kinderen mochten niet in water springen. Balkon is prima, geen insecten en mooi uitzicht. Als je erop uit gaat is het prima.

Très joli appartement repeint dernièrement avec des couleurs "provençales" sympas et chaleureux. Très pratique et toute la surface est optimisée au maximum.Très cool en cette saison, car très peu de monde. Risque par contre d'être un peu bruyant lorsque le bâtiment est plein, comme c'est certainement le cas en pleine saison. Mais cet une très belle adresse à recommander.

Licht und Schatten

Die Wohnung ist sehr effektiv geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber ausreichend. Gut ist, dass das WC getrennt vom Bad ist. Die Dusche hingegen ist extrem klein (und wir sind schlank). Das beste an der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit Meerblick, was auch der Grund für die Buchung war. Das Objekt selbst hatten wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt, es ist eine riesige Appartementanlage. Durch die U-förmige Bauweise hört man (trotz direktem Meerblick) leider nicht nur das Meer, sondern auch die anderen (bei uns leider nicht ganz leisen) anderen Mieter. Insoweit sind die Fotos sehr optimal im Sinne der Vermarktung aufgenommen. Auch die Lage hatten wir persönlich etwas anders eingeschätzt. Es ist doch recht weit bis zum Zentrum von Cannes, zu Fuß mindestens 30min. Aber es gibt sehr gute Verbindungen mit Bus und Zug. Im Ortsteil La Bocca selbst gibt es aber div. Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermärkte, einen täglich Frischemarkt, diverse Restaurant (nicht getestet) etc. Es ist also alles vorhanden. Der Strand vor der Anlage (erreichbar über einen sehr schön gestalteten Tiunnel) ist auch sehr schön (Sand). Die direkt angrenzende Strasse und Bahnlinie stören nicht wirklich. Die Beschreibung trifft daher vollständig zu. Angesichts des wirklich sehr fairen Preises also eine gute Wahl. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur vor Ort war bei der Ankunft etwas holprig, hat dann aber durch den Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer (per email aus dem Zug) noch gut funktioniert. Die Übergabe bei der Abreise war schnell und professionell. Aber eine Kritik gibt es trotzdem: Die Reinigung war (zumindest in unserem Fall) äußerst mangelhaft. Es wurde leider nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, obwohl eine Endreinigungsgebühr angesetzt wird. Angesichts der kleinen Wohnungsgröße kann der Eigentümer (und der Gast) erwarten, dass deutlich besser gereinigt wird. Insbesondere die Dusche könnte mehr Aufmerksamkeit vertragen, sonst wird sie bald verschimmeln. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte nicht genau hinschauen. Flüchtig (so wie ich) geht es gerade so. Als wir bei der Abreise unter dem Bett nachgeschaut haben (ob wir nichts vergessen haben), traf uns fast der Schlag. Dort wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt. Neben einer dicken Staubschicht lagen dort auch dreckige Sachen von Vormietern etc. Bitte lieber Eigentümer: Sprechen Sie die Hausverwaltung an, dass dies so nicht geht. Wenn dieser Mangel abgestellt wird, freuen sich die Gäste über eine schöne und preiswerte Ferienwohnung.

Tolles Appartement, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer, alles super organisiert (von Schlüsselübergabe bis Tiefgaragenstellplatz), Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, in wenigen Schritten am Meer, fast alles zu Fuß zum Einkaufen bekommen, nur der Pool war schon geschlossen

Insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, usw.) und hatte eine gute Lage. Einkauf, Bäcker zu Fuß erreichbar, auch Cannes ist mit einem halbstündigem Fußmarsch am Strand entlang zu erreichen. Wer nicht so viel laufen möchte, kann günstig mit dem Bus in die Stadt fahren. Zum Strand sind es höchstens fünf Minuten. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und sauber.Der Balkon ist schön groß, überdacht und liegt fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten, so dass wir sowohl das Frühstück als auch den Abend im Freien genießen konnten. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Einziger MInuspunkt, den aber nicht der Vermieter zu verschulden hat, ist die Endreinigung. Für das, was man für die Endreinigung zahlen muss, findet man eine eher sehr schlecht gereinigte, nicht einmal besenreine Wohnung vor.

Prima functioneel appartement op n handige locatie

Appartement was compleet ingericht, schoon en bevindt zich op een handige locatie. Inpandig balkon heeft als voordeel dat er schaduw is, maar er is relatief weinig frisse lucht. Het is appartement bevindt zich in een groot complex met zwembaden - maar het is daardoor wel druk. Strand direct aan de overkant is heel smal, maar op loopafstand bevinden zich bredere stranden met faciliteiten.

Appartement conforme à la description et trés bien équipé. Equipe de l'agence trés bien

Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et le fait d'aller à la plage à pied (5 mn) est un réel plus. Commerces à proximité plutôt top ! Le train n'a pas été un inconvénient et la vue sur mer comble ce petit désagrément.

Super Wohnung mit ausgezeichnete Lage

Super eingerichtete Wohnung es fehlte an nichts alles da, mit wundeschönem Ausblick aufs Meer und tropischen Garten. Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, löst schnell Problem mit Wifi, war interessiert ob uns gefiel und wir zufrieden waren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fast vor der Tür ,Monaco schnell und günstig(20 Euro hin und zürück)mit dem Zug zu erreichen schon Fahrt dorthin ist verbunden mit wunderschönem Ausblicken (der zug fährt entlang des Meer). Cannes kann man zu Fuß besuchen oder mit Bus. Alles in einem es war Wunderschöne Urlaub.

Super Wohnung, super Aussicht, super Lage!!!!

Das war der schönste Urlaub überhaupt.Super gerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und mehr, super Balkonaussicht aufs Meer und Pool, vom Haus 2 Pools im wunderschönen exotischen Garten. Klasse Verbindungen nach Cannes Stadt, Monaco mit Zug oder Bus(super günstig braucht man kein Auto) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der nähe fast vor der Tür was will man mehr. Das wunderbare Wetter war inclusive. Noch mals vielen Dank an Vermieter ich hoffe wenn alles gut lauft kommen wir bald wieder.

Très belle location

Très belle location , appartement très bien équipé et égalent très bien situé. Situé à 50 m de la plage et près de la station de bus, cela permet de se déplacer sans devoir prendre sa voiture. Je ne peux que recommander cette location et je n'hésiterais pas à y revenir. K.S

Location correspondant au descriptif

Location de belle facture correspondant au descriptif du site Abritel. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé, sa vue est exceptionnelle. Remarque, bien qu'ouvert d'esprit, il est bon à savoir que le complexe est très bruyant et il faut parfois faire avec les incivilités répétées de certains locataires à toute heure de la nuit. Niveau accueil, les clés ont été enlevées à l'agence, mais nous n'avons pas été accompagnés, juste guidés sur plan. Attention, les derniers bus pour aller et venir de Cannes arrêtent avant 21H00 donc les retours se font à pied (minimum 40 minutes de marche) ou possibilité de prendre un taxi. Par contre, le passage du train n'est pas dérangeant, la plage est proche et propre et les commerces sont proches.

Très belle location

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 50 m de la plage et station de bus à proximité ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer sans avoir recours à la voiture. Bra familjelägenhet,

Nära till havet och affärer. Lugnt område. Ska ni gå till centrum så tar det ca:45min men det är fint att gå utmed strandpromenaden. Lägenheten har allt som behövs för en bra vistelse.

Location conforme mais route et train pas loin

J'ai aimé ces vacances à Cannes, l'appartement est conforme à la description et il y a beaucoup de rangement, ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Bon accueil par l'agence. Nous avons opté pour des déplacements en bus avec un arrêt derrière la résidence à 5 minutes en direction de l'Hôtel de ville (à deux pas des "marches"), très pratique ! Le bémol concerne le bruit de la route et de la voie de chemin de fer (train toutes les 30 minutes sauf la nuit entre environ 23H>6H) qui passent entre la mer et le résidence (50 mètres). Du coup, l'apéro sur la terrasse face à ma mer est un peu bruyant.

Vicina al centro di Cannes, che è una cittadina splendida e vicina sia a spiagge di sabbia che di scogli della costa dell'Esterel Ottima vacanza

Very nice

The apartment has a beautiful view. It has all the essentials. Most importantly Mr. Legros, the owner is very very helpful and responds very quickly to any issues. We found this extremely helpful. The location has great facilities closely, bank, restaurant, bus and a great boulangerie. will come again.
