The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 805 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy seaside theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two twins over twin bunk beds and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for us. We had 6 people ranging from 3yrs old to 60 yrs old and it worked well for everyone. Our three children especially loved the bunk room. The proximity to the beach and pool was a major factor in selecting this property and it did not disappoint. The condo was clean overall but the floors need a thorough scrub throughout. They are sticky and very dirty. We just chose to wear our sandals inside so no major inconvenience. We will be back!

Amazing stay!!!! Don’t think twice!!

We just stayed here with a family of 5. Two adults and 3 little kids age 7-2. The unit is so nice and the location is amazing. The whole Silver Shells property is amazing and super clean. The unit is so big. Like way more space than we needed with a family of 5. But the views from the balcony are second to none. The pool is heated which was great for our Lyon g kids. Access to the beach is super easy and you get two chairs and umbrella for every day which is super nice and the whole beach staff was amazing. The place is close to so many local attractions. We will definitely be coming back and booking again. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The check in process was super easy. Compass did a great job as we checked in “after hours” and it was super easy. Pro tip with this unit….you don’t need to buy ICE, as they have a like professional ice maker just left of the fridge. But the place was beautiful and we had Ana amazing time. Can’t wait to come back. As someone who reads these reviews but barely leaves their own, trust me this place is awesome. Plus your elevator goes right to your unit. No walking down hallways to get to elevator!! Super cool. Oh and they like clean the beach every day so it’s just perfect. Don’t think twice! Book this unit!! We certainly are going to again!

St Maartin's 805

Great Condo! Met all of our needs! Cayman, the young man who takes care of the chairs and umbrellas on the beach was super awesome! The patio doors are showing wear and are difficult to open, but nothing that put a damper on our stay. The tubs were very slow to drain. Smart TVs are not connected to the internet, so no Netflix after your evening walk on the beach. I believe there may have been an issue with the phones at the main desk as I tried to phone for several hours on Thursday and the phone rang busy. Check in was super easy and we even go into the room early! Great condo!! Great vacation!!!

A beautiful condo that needs some attention

The outdoor furniture on the balcony is ripped and dirty with the metal corroding. The balcony needs cleaning and repainting. The dining table chairs are stained with left over food on the chairs. The couch was gross and should be replaced. The balcony needs cleaning and repainting. The two smaller bathrooms need the mold removed from the tile. We had a lovely stay but this unit needs some attention.

Beautiful and Clean Condo

I traveled to Destin by myself with my children and I love how clean and safe the Condominium was. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star was due to a block sunset by other condominiums and constantly having to have your key out to swipe for door, elevator and gate entries. I also didn’t like not being able to run outside due to limited sidewalk access because of construction. The hot water in the condo was also extremely hot, too hot. I did LOVE the free chair service, the constant patrol of the premises and cleanliness. The condo provided very nice towels, linen, pillows and amenities. The pool and hot tub was very nice. They had nice tennis courts, basketball court and small gym with ellipticals and treadmills.

Gorgeous Gulf Front Paradise!

What a treasure to drive into your own gated garage with your designated parking space awaiting; then just steps away walk up to your own designated elevator, where your own carts await, and then have your elevator open directly into your beautifully designed gulf front Paradise! This beautiful condominium has all the amenities to enjoy total, luxurious relaxation in an immaculately clean setting with the wonderful sounds of the ocean awaiting you as you open the doors to the lovely tiled balcony and very comfortable seating with large table to gather, eat and watch the glorious sunsets! The master bathroom is sheer updated luxury with large garden tub;double vanities; beautiful tiled shower and loaded with luxurious linens! The king bed is so comfortable and the other 2 bedrooms provide such comfortable sleeping with 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms and large bunk beds in the other, with the bottom bunk beds actually being more the size of an extra large twin! Each bedroom has their own bathroom! The vary large laundry room is wonderful with a door that opens just steps from the trash chute so no hiking for this! The beautiful kitchen with granite countertops faces the gulf directly so you can enjoy the magnificent views while preparing delicious meals and making cherished memories! The walk to the beach is so easy and minimal and how wonderful to have your own beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs included! Enjoy this beautiful treasure!
