This is a duplex with two bedrooms. Master bedroom with a King, other bedroom with two twins. Unit has sleep sofa in living room. Has full kitchen, washer/Dryer, WiFI, Cable, front porch with ocean view, Heat, A/C, TV in each bedroom and living room. Fully supplies with all linens, pots and pans ,Dishes utensils, BBQ on property for your use. This is a very short walk to the public beach access onto the private Moody Beach!

Great location and very comfortable cottage

Check-in process was very easy and the cottage was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Host was very responsive to questions. Very easy, short walk to the beach. Location also made it easy to access Route 1 at various points to avoid some of the heavier traffic. The deck area was a great bonus where we could relax and hear the ocean waves. Would love to stay here again!

Family time at the Beach

Property is lovely, everyone was comfortable, and you can see the ocean from the deck, very short walk to Moody beach. It was fabulous family time and our granddaughter just loves the beach!

Clean & excellent location, amazing owner

The place was very clean and across the street from Moody Beach. You could easily hear the waves crashing...it was great. This place was enough space for my wife and I, our 2 year old, and small dog. Another child would have been fine but anymore and it's probably a little tight. The owner was amazing as we left clothes in a drawer and she went and grabbed them and mailed them to us! I would definitely rent again from Shelli.

Ideal cottage

Cottage was clean and updated. Washer and dryer was a great plus. Lobster pound was a five minute drive away… Great for seafood lovers like ourselves. Perfect location, five minute walk to the beach. At low tide walking and collecting huge clam shells was fun and relaxing. Great vacation!

Perfect for our family

This property was everything we expected. Great parking, yard was surprisingly large and very well maintained. Everything worked as it should. Bathroom was updated. Four adults, a 7 month old child and a dog. We highly recommend this property. Couple of suggestions. A drop leaf table for the kitchen. The existing table Is a little to big. A small bedside table in the bedroom with twin beds. I had to put my CPAP on the floor.
