Dockside 504 with private balcony and beautiful views

This fifth floor condo is sure to be the perfect spot for your next vacation. You will see what all the fuss is all about once your toes touch the sugary soft sands of Clearwater Beach. There is reason it keeps getting voted the #1 beach year after year! This condo has everything to make your stay wonderful. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The unit is is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, towels and linens. There is also a stacked washer and dryer. You have everything you need here! The private balcony off the master bedroom comes with seating for four and has gulf ocean views. There is also seating for four by the front door with views of the bay. You might even see a dolphin or two swimming in the bay! You will enjoy sitting and watching the sunrise and sunset. There is a shared heated pool with the hotel next door and you are just a few minutes walk to the beach.
The furniture has a classy touch with warm tones and beachy themes throughout.
The dining table has seating for eight.
There is a sleeper sofa to the right of the entrance and there is a fold up twin size bed as well.
The first bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat screen tv and a Playstation 3.
Second bedroom has a King Tempurpedic bed and a wall mounted flat screen tv.
Third bedroom has a Queen Tempurpedic bed and also has a flat screen tv.
Privacy blinds can be adjusted as you like to let as much or as little sunlight in.
The living area has a sectional sofa with a large screen tv, blu-ray dvd player and Bose surround sound system.
There is plenty of parking available with some covered spots as well. Parking is always free!
There are lot of restaurants withing walking distance, activites at Pier 60 on a nightly basis, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is right here too.
There is a lot to do or you can just sit and enjoy the beach breeze.
There is a deck box just outside the unit with beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use during your stay.

great cw beach property

this is a fantastic 3 bedroom condo on the southside of clearwater beach. the views are fantastic and its a short walk to the beach. Owner was a delight to deal with.

Ana was wonderful! It was convenient to beach, shopping and resturants. VERY Spacious and Clean! Our first Christmas away from home was a huge hit!

Very nice location, close to many restos, shop, groceries and 2 mins away from the beach. Condo is great, spacious and clean ! Everything you need is inside.

Great Condo in a great quiet location!

Check in was super smooth. House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Can walk to pier or boat rides near the pier. We had a rental car but didn’t use it once while there. Beach access across the road. Would stay here again!

Perfect condo for a beach vacation!

I stayed in this specific condo 2 years ago and then again last week. It literally has everything you need and it’s close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops that you can walk everywhere. The condo is clean and Ana is very responsive and always helpful. I will continue to come back to this condo when visiting Clearwater. We stayed 7 nights and wish we could stay forever!

Amazing Place!

We loved staying the Beach Side Condo. The place was comfortable, well furbished and we had the best time. It was walking distance to every bar and the view was great. You are in a condo so there was some noise but it was still absolutely amazing. We would love to go back and it's great for a family.

Great stay at Dockside 504

Amazing condo with sunrise views from one deck and sunset views from the other. Nicely decorated and very well equipped including beach gear. We appreciated kayaking from the dock, covered parking, pool, and bbq's. Great location within walking distance of beach and numerous eating establishments. Ana was great to deal with, no issues during our two week stay except shingling crew arrived during our second week which created some noise and parking issues. Overall a great stay.

The condo is lovely and the view is nice. Location great and easy to navigate. Plenty of room in the unit all updated. Only issue was since visiting during winter months we picked this place for having a heated pool and it was not working during our week visit.

Family vacation

Our family stayed a week. We had seven adults. We used the roll out single bed & had plenty of room to hang out. It's a great location. We walked to the shops, restaurants & Pier. Plus there's an ice cream shop right across the street. The beach was a 2 block walk. We used the beach chairs & cooler provided. We enjoyed time on both the front/back decks & the pool. We saw dolphins in the bay every day! It had everything we needed for a great stay.

clearwater spring break 25

Wonderful trip, our unit is not the cheapest in the area, however, from the communication with the agent to the convenience and location, its top shelf. Agent contacted us the night before check in and said your unit may be ready a couple hours early, we stopped by and it was ready, easy guide book on everything in the unit, dishes, cooking utensil's were top notch, 3 bedrooms that had plenty of towel's and nice clean beds. My favorite part is the view, sunrise over the channel is beautiful, watching the dolphins play, people on boats and your sitting outside of your door watching the view. Last and most important, the location is close to EVERYTHING. This is our 5th year in the same building for spring break, we will be back.

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness. The condo is well stocked with bath/beach/kitchen towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes. Everything is in working order. The beach is well within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. We were able to use a covered parking spot which was nice. The internet had good speeds which was helpful for working. Ana was very helpful answering my questions before we arrived and during our stay. Overall the condo was clean, well stocked, and cozy with a responsive and helpful owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Family on fall break

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautifully updated and extremely clean. The property manager/owner is super responsive and kind. We had some mail come for us while we were there and when she came to deliver, she brought the cutest gourmet doughnuts. The kids were in heaven. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. We had four 30+ adults and 4 kids ages 5-11 and no one complained. You can’t go wrong with any of the food options within walking distance. You really can drive in, park, and never have to get back in the car until checkout. We had a blast and loved our stay. This is definitely my most favorite condo. We will stay again.

Perfect location

The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I have been to Clearwater beach many times and this location has been my favorite. It’s on the south end of the beach which I consider to be a bit quieter and less crowded. There is still lots to do and everything is in walking distance. We took my kids to the beach at Shepherd’s for kayaking and paddle boarding. They loved it. We played mini golf, my son and husband went fishing twice and we enjoyed great meals and cocktails at various locations. Absolutely no issues with our Condo. Ana is a great host, was easy to contact etc. Her rates were very reasonable. We will definitely stay at this location again in the future. I highly recommend

Perfect Vacation Rental

This location had it all. Dolphins off our deck, sunrise on the front balcony, and sunset on the back balcony. Our host provided beach towels, chairs, a cart, etc for our beach days. The beach was just a short walk away. Loved having all the amenities of home.
