Escape to the Atlantic Coast in this inviting 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Only steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, located within Sawgrass Beach Club, a private upscale, family beach you may never want to return home. Designed for comfort and convenience, this home is perfect for families, couples or a small group looking to enjoy a laid-back beach getaway. Watch the breathtaking sunrises from your own balcony or sip on a glass of wine after a relaxing day at the beach.
Our condo has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has plenty of room with a walk in closet, king size bed and private bathroom that includes full shower and tub.
The second bedroom has a brand new queen size bed with a nice sized closet and full bathroom.
The third bedroom has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed, with a twin over full bed, with a private full bathroom.
The gathering area has a sofa and love seat, as well as new dining room table to seat at least 6. The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities of home, and a cozy breakfast nook to take in the morning. Appliances include toaster oven Keurig coffee maker as well as fresh water dispenser.
There is a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room equipped with your laundry needs.
We have beach chairs as well as umbrellas and towels available for use. We have a few limited beach toys including 2 boogie boards, pails and shovels for your use.
We have private balconies off every bedroom as well as off the main gathering area. The views are specatular and peaceful.
Walk right outside the door to the condominium private pool located within the complex. Follow the path further down and you have landed on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Located within the private Sawgrass community, we are across A1A from the TPC. During the week of the Players, free daily shuttle to and from the tournament.

Our condo is perfectly convenient for those wishes to take in the sights in St. Augustine or perhaps take in a game or a concert in Jacksonville. We are also conveniently located to Mayo Clinic.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
During summer months, when using A/C please set thermostat to 75 upon Checkout.
During winter months, when using the heat, please set thermostat to 68.
Please rinse off and dry any beach equipment, including chairs, tools, boogie boards, toys, and place them back in the third bedroom closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo is in a great location - easy walk to a quiet part of the beach, nice pool, and well-kept grounds. The layout of the condo is well-suited for families traveling, as the master is away from the other 2 bedrooms, so everyone has their own space and bathrooms. The living room is bright and inviting. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Covered parking was also a plus!

We have visited the Ponte Vedra area for over 15 years and fell in love with this beach and this area. So much so, that we relocated our family to the area for several years. It is suitable for all who are looking for a fun getaway to the beach. I love the idea of others being able to come take a taste of oceanside living, even if it is for a brief amount of time.

Why they chose this property

We are in a beautiful condo community with great amenities in a great location. It is within a private, gated community where your safety and comfort will be assured. The people are friendly and helpful. It truly is a unique property to be this close to the ocean, shopping, restaurants, St. Augustine, professional level golf and tennis facilities, and just a short drive to Jacksonville Airport.
