Approximately 2100 sq.ft with two living areas is set up for guests. A large private dock with a boat lift(up to 6000 lbs) is available for your use.
Outdoor furniture and BBQ are on site. It is a beautiful tranquil spot, an oasis in the middle of the Okanagan. Guests remark on the fabulous location of this home.

Kelowna is an excellent place for water sports and golfing. Also, this is wine country, enjoy a beautiful drive to many wineries and taste some of the best wine. This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to where it is all happening ! Do check on the map to verify the location and see how close it is to walk everywhere in the downtown area. There is a park like pathway a few minutes away that follows the lake for miles , a great route for walking or biking. The newly finished rail trail is 2 minutes away.
Just to note, the garage is not available for your use, but there is ample on-site and road parking. Fans are provided in each room for air flow, the two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. If you would prefer a 2 bedroom section of the house, please write and ask for details.
For both summer and winter vacations this location works well. Kelowna is well situated between two excellent ski resorts, and of course, the summer holiday conditions are fantastic ! There is even a picturesque outdoor skating rink, which opens in December, very close to us. My place is well priced for its location on the lakefront with access to a private dock and boat lift.
