Located just under the Northstar village a couple minutes walking distance to the gondola, stores and restaurants. This spacious condo is equipped for the perfect family getaway, whether its for the weekend, week, or month.

Large and comfortable condo in a prime location in the Aspen Grove community. This 3 story 4 bedroom unit features new high end comfortable beds and furniture and an enormous 4k flat screen TV and fireplace to relax away the evenings after a day of fun at the resort.

High speed Wifi is available throughout the residence. Full size washing machine and dryer are available for your use inside the unit. Every bedroom features brand new mattresses and bedding so you can sleep in comfort.
Heated floor tile in entry and both bathrooms.
The 2 decks overlooking the forest and the creek running behind the unit give the sites and sounds of getting away to the mountains. After the sun sets, take advantage of the hot tub at the recreation center to further unwind. Convenient parking right out front. Umbrella, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs are available for use.

We had yet another fabulous stay at this property. Super well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay, the unit feels super updated and well-furnished (especially compared to some others we've stayed at in the area), and location couldn't be better.The layout is perfect for 2 families, with 2 bedrooms 1 bath on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms 1 bath on the top floor.

The property is just like the pictures and even better. The first floor bedrooms and third floor bedrooms are separate and it is perfect for two families who need some privacy. Wonderful spot for enjoying Northstar Resort. Five minute walk to the Village or the Rec Center. Skiers/boarders will enjoy not having to wait for the shuttle, and others - or summertime visitors - will enjoy being able to explore on foot as well. Perfect for Northstar small group fun!

Deann was incredibly welcoming and the home was perfect - even though we had the shuttle option we walked through the snow easy to the village ! Added bonus that the unit is close to the parking spots! Loved the closet lighting and all the linens were perfect (and fun). So many board games and all the supplies we needed! Thank you!!

Amazing place

Great location. Lots of bedrooms space. Loved the heated floors at the lower level. Loved the fact we could ski in to the condo. We walked to the village almost every night. But used the shuttle with our skis. Condo was stocked with everything you need including a huge tv. Really is an incredible place.

We had an excellent stay with three generations enjoying the spacious, warm and comfortable home! Great location just 5 to 10 minute walk to the village and skiing. Beautiful property very well maintained. There are two bedrooms on the first floor then a second floor with kitchen and dining then a third floor with two more bedrooms. That wasn’t clear from the listing, but it was a really nice surprise room for the two families. This place is great for two families traveling together and perhaps you could squeeze a third in if all the kids would stay in bunkbeds. We plan on coming back!

Location was phenomenal. We were able to download the Northstar app and request the shuttle each day that was <5 minutes to the village. Unit was spacious and we had everything we needed. Owners were very friendly and helpful. If Tahoe had more snow this season it would have helped, but we had a tear time. Will come back again. Thx!

first, deann is a wonderful, accommodating host. she responded immediately to any questions and was so very helpful. the condo suited our group perfectly - 5 teenage boys and myself. the kitchen was so well-stocked, a chef's dream! master bed very comfy. big tv and sofa for the kids to crash out after long day. highly recommend this property!
