Newly Listed. Great neighborhood in the Oyster Bay area. Close to everything. We accept pay pal to avoid the service fee. This modern, light and airy condo sits right on the canal and is located in a quiet lush tropical neighborhood right near downtown Naples (Tin City .5 mi, 5th ave 1mi.). Enjoy coffee mornings on the lanai overlooking the canal or relax by the pool that sits aside the water. Condo is located on the ground floor.

This is a quiet friendly community of residents and a small complex. PLEASE NOTE there is only 1 parking space per unit. Guest parking for day and overnight visitors. You can avoid the service fee by paying through pay pal. 30 day minimum stay. If you stay less you still have to sign up for 30 days. Best rates in town for a really cute condo with a wonderful view close to everything.

Pleas note: The unit has a small W/D inside. For washing larger bulk items (i.e.: bedding) there is an onsite laundry room. Thank you.

Amazing location, property, and owners

We couldn’t be more pleased with this property. It was immaculate. My three children and I went for the summer and this spacious condo had everything we needed: plates, utensils, towels, etc. We had plenty of room in the two bedroom space and enjoyed the decor and amenities provided by the owners. They are incredibly helpful and always pleasant and accommodating. Perfect location as it is close to everything. Neighbors are all incredibly friendly and the neighborhood is ideal. Do not hesitate to book location or with owner. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect location close proximity to Tin City and 5th Ave. Only a mile to the beach. Adorable complex located on an inlet water way, you can sit outside and watch the fish jump in the water. The unit itself is a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath with a covered lanai on the bottom floor. I would definitely recommend staying here !!!
