This updated condo is located in the Sea Breeze Condos on the 4th floor with colorful coastal touches throughout. The complex offers you access to the incredible pool area, complete with a hot tub and outdoor shower, beautiful views of palm trees and scenic landscaping, and an on-site laundry facility. You're only 0.5 miles away from Port Aransas beach and the South Jetty. The kitchen is furnished with granite countertops, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. (*No dishwasher*) There is a table for two to enjoy your meals. Get a good night's rest in the King bed, and watch TV from the bed, the couch, or the accent chair. Use the luggage rack for quick access to your beach attire. Freshen up in the full bath with a granite vanity and a separate tile tub/shower area. Sip your favorite beverage on the balcony while taking in views of the Gulf. This condo is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Book your stay to come and play! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The first thing we noticed right away was that the floor didn't seem to have one speck of sand on it when we arrived. Not sure how they do that considering it's so close to the beach, but it was amazing. The rest of the amenities were also great. The only issue we had was that they gave us 8 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash clothes. When I inquired about getting more, I received a text that the matter would be referred to house keeping...and then I never received any communication again even after I inquired again. Also, we never received anymore wash clothes. They completely ignored the request. When my wife called them, they said they only give two per stay and that if we wanted more, we would have take them to the property managers office (off site) to exchange them. We were told it was in the contract we signed. I reviewed the contract and it was not there. Pretty ridiculous. Aside from that, the stay was nice.

Nice condo but needs deep clean

Comfortable and stylish but cabinets and kitchen ceiling need cleaning/degreasing. Almost all dishes we used were dirty out of the cabinets with food stuck on them and there was no large spaghetti pot, only small pots and pans. Balcony, pool and hot tub were nice.
