BEAUTIFUL MODERN 3 bedroom 1 room loft home. (1 King bed, 2 Queen bedrooms, office, 2 couch areas.) Full RANGE kitchen with ALL NEW appliances.

This spacious home is tucked away in a recently constructed family friendly neighborhood with access to walking paths, neighborhood parks, and recreational fun!

Around the corner you will find Megaplex, Topgolf, restaurants, shopping, and more! This property is located perfectly near Utah Lake, UVU, and BYU. A quick 30-45 minutes from Salt Lake City or Park City.

This location provides you with easy access to gas stations, grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, parks, and Utah Lake. 5 minute drive to UVU, 15 minutes to BYU, and 10 minutes to University Mall.

Guests will be given an access code for the front door lock upon arrival. You may enter and exit with ease using this code during your stay.

Guests will have access to entire home excluding basement.

We absolutely love the location where we built, it is a quiet family friendly neighborhood with a Mountain View that is close to many attractions. Our neighborhood includes parks, basketball and tennis courts, and is walking distance to Utah Lake. This home provides luxury comfort for those coming into town for vacations, a family reunion, BYU or UVU graduation, or for a ski/snowboarding trip.
