This condo comes with 2 frees sets of beach chairs from beach services. This is a $500 value during the season!

The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!
Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's. Free Wifi available in room!


The dining table seats 8, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

We have conveniently provided you with two sets of free beach chairs (4 chairs), usually which cost to rent!

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities throughout the peak season March 01- October 01.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Peaceful Easy Feeling

The condo was perfect for 8 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made showering etc simple and easy. You can't beat the location! Tge view from the 12th floor was spectacular!!

Don’t expect anything from management

The condo was great and we already love Long Beach BUT the refrigerator was not working an we did not know that when we purchased groceries on Saturday. We let the management company know on Sunday morning and explained that we had groceries. Nothing was done until Monday and the person who communicated with us said she was only customer service and she would have the property manager contact us by email. No one ever did. We had to eat the cost of our groceries for the week.

Another Week Making New Memories

We are a group of "forever" girlfriends who now are living scattered all over the country. This was our 2nd stay at your condo. And we all agree it was perfect for our needs. From the large interior space, large balcony (we spent countless hours out there), amenities and location, it met all of our needs. Thank you for a great week and we will be back!!!

Family first beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. the condo is on the corner of S Thomas Dr and Front Beach Rd. The resort is partially gated and has a guarded entrance. The condo has 2 elevators which made our check in quick. all the doors are on coded locks so no keys. The corner unit had great views from all 3 bedrooms. Like most beach condos the sliding glass doors were hard to open and close. The master had a standard door thankfully. There were plenty of chairs on the large balcony. overall the unit was a 7 out of 10.

Great Location/Good Accommodations

We loved staying at Long Beach Resort. The location is perfect for our needs. Love having a balcony and looking/listening to the ocean. The unit felt a bit old. The stove and oven don’t provide the proper temperatures, the bedroom drawers pull right out with no stops, one bathroom had a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall and there were no backup supplies. Not a trash bag, roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex at all. I rent a lot of locations from VRBO and most places provide at least 1 backup. The biggest issue we had was a bedroom smoke sector went off intermittently the 2nd day we were there. At no point in the week did someone come to look at it. After a number of texts and a phone call and listening to it for 5+ hours we disconnected it.

Where to start….

This was one of the worst condos I’ve been in. Do not stay here, I repeat do not stay here. Here is a list of all the issues we faced. Has an iron but no ironing board. Plastic drawer in refrigerator is broken and will cut you if you aren’t careful. Shower in double room: fabric shower curtain dirty with a spot that looked like dried blood. Plastic liner covered in mildew in double and lockout room. Told property manager about this and she did have someone come change the curtains. Cracked stove top, toaster with no push down button, flat sheet sat folded underneath pillows instead of on bed, fingerprints all over the glass, black substance between shower wall and door in double room, no potholders, had to buy one. Black substance all around ring of toilet bowl in lockout room. Dishes were all nasty in cabinets, pots and pans were worn out. Baked on food in toaster oven. And bundles of hair on shower wall in king room. We were very disgusted with this condo. Might want to think twice before staying here.

Beautiful emerald oceanfront views

This unit has great views of the beautiful emerald shores. The bedroom floor to ceiling windows made it seem like you were on the ocean. The balcony was great to lounge or eat with a nice breeze & gorgeous view. We ate in for our week stay. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals using the stovetop, oven or microwave. No issues with any of the appliances including the dishwasher and washer/dryer. You can even watch the sunset while eating at the inside dining table. This unit has a great setup and open concept to the beautiful beach. It was nice also having the free loungers and umbrella on the beach. You will need to bring your own beach towels. With the issues noted with cleaning I did come prepared yet I didn’t have to use anything I brought or clean. Even the couches were vacuumed including the backside and sides. No stains on anything. The master shower glass doors were very clean and new shower liners/curtains in the others. I was amazed at how clean all the outside glass windows were as well. Especially being oceanfront. While the couches were clean the cushions have lost support from normal use. Nothing we couldn’t adjust by using the extra throw pillows for support. The mattresses were not as supportive as we like but that’s preference. Overall, this unit is worth its price and you can’t beat the views! Maybe we got lucky with the cleaning crew but I would recommend you contact the property manager if you have concerns.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a large family. That is important to me. The beds were pretty comfortable. The balcony floor was kinda dirty but it was ok. Plenty of furniture for everyone. We had some bugs on the floor at night. I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t bad. It could use a little revamp though. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great price for two weeks.

Condo was perfect, no complaints with that at all. Love the 2 sets of beach chairs that came with it. The resort overall could use some updates/repairs and the big pool with waterfalls is extremely chilly but other than that it was amazing.

Balcony, Beach, and Pool

You pay for the view, beach, and the pool. We did not feel the condo itself was as nice as the pictures. It needed several repairs and the kitchen ceiling needed cleaned badly. It would have been nice if we were told how to lock and unlock the front door in advance. The front door wasn't locked apparently when we arrived, so we didn't know we had to push a button and turn a knob to lock and unlock the door. You should tell people that in your instructions. The view is amazing, the pool/bar and grill is amazing and so were the people working there! Over all we had a great relaxing time.
