Luxury Home On 5 Acres ~ Inground Swimming Pool, Hot Tub And Sauna

Swim in the inground heated swimming pool or lounge in a relaxing chair and soak up the sun this beautiful property is nestled on 5 acres of Christmas trees. Great space for large family gathers or just a couple wanting to enjoy a peaceful weekend.

Four Bedrooms are in the main house and 2 bedrooms are located in the pool house. We have 4 bedrooms in the main house 2 of those rooms have 1 king bed in each and the other two bedrooms have 1 queen bed each.
We have a Pack and Play and high chair on site


The pool house which is located in the back yard next to the pool has 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom each of those rooms has a queen size bed in it. There is a grill outside and it is located by the pool. The pool area has 6 chaise lounge chairs with cushions, a dining table with 4 cushioned seats, and a fire table with 4 cushioned seats.

The hot tub and sauna are located in the sunroom of the main house
The location is in the town of Clayton which is within 10 to 15 minutes of Neenah, Menasha, Oshkosh and Appleton.

We have the timber rattlers stadium if you want to take in a baseball game, hundreds of restaurants, Performing arts center for concerts and plays,
The building for kids, butterfly gardens of wisconsin, hearthstone house historic museum, barlow planetarium, the Trout museum of art, Payne Art Center,
Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of glass. These are just a few things to do in the Fox River Area.

You can also enjoy the hot tub, sauna or fire table. Lots to do and see in the Fox
Valley area. This property is also beautiful in the winter we are near many walking, cross country ski and snowmobile trails with a convenient location 10 minutes to the city of Appleton and 15 miles to the EAA grounds in Oshkosh.
