L’appartement est super bien situé, à moins de 2 min à pied de la plage, 10min de la pointe du bout à pied, appartement très bien équipé il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut sur place, propriétaire très agréable, très serviable et très compréhensive, je recommande fortement ! On repassera par vous pour les prochaines fois !

Appartement bien située

Un appartement bien situé, avec un parking à proximité. Tout est proche et peut se faire à pieds (plage, restaurants, navette pour aller à Fort-de-France....). La literie reste agréable. Chambres climatisées au top. Set de casseroles et ustensiles de cuisine à éventuellement renouveler. Et un de rafraichissement (simple coup de peinture blanche) donnerait plus de clarté. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, on le recommande, pas trop loin de la plage résidence calme. Pour des vacances en famille c'est l'appartement idéal.... je pense que j'y retournerai..

À notre arrivée, une TV qui ne s’allume pas, un frigo en rade et un remplaçant peu performant. En deux jours tout est résolu, c’est top. Super calme et prêt de la belle plage de l’Anse Mittan.

Appartement paisible et agréable permettant de se ressourcer. Résidence sécurisée. A 5 min à pied de la plage et de la Pointe du Bout (restaurants, centre de plongée...). Du quai pour embarquer vers Fort de France. Ou pour prendre la route menant aux Anses- d'Arlet (superbes). Equipement de qualité, belle vue de la terrasse, aucun vis-à-vis! Pkg facile sur place car voiture indispensable pour visiter l’île. Je recommande sans hésiter ainsi que Mme ELOI qui gère ce bien. Pour son accueil et bons conseils.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très agréable, propre et bien situé. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réactivité de Madame Eloi pour chaque petit problème d'intendance inhérant à la location. Appartement très calme, convivial 5 min à pied de la mer. Belles prestations

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La situation de l'appartement permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l'île. Proximité de la mer (accès 5 min à pied de la plage de l'Anse Mitan) et de commerces et de lieux de convivialité (10 min à pied de la Pointe du Bout). Immeuble de standing. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
