Summary:

Walk to beach or ride one of the provided bikes! Summer 2025 brought us new kitchen/living room floors, new outdoor furniture, and a fresh paint job. Our coastal open floor plan home in the heart of Naples Park is just what you're looking for. Heated salt water pool with screened in lanai. Three large bedrooms and a sofa bed. Experience what brings guests back to the Naples area year after year! Ask us about the Golf Cart service to the beach! This is one of our 10 houses in this neighborhood!



The Space:

This home is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Naples due to the close proximity to world class beaches, dining experiences and shopping options. We have bikes, beach items, a pac n play, and high chair available to our guests at all times. We stock the house with plenty of bath and beach towels as well. Two world class beaches, Mercato Dining & Shops, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and numerous restaurants all within a mile and a half. Experience what brings guests back to the Naples area year after year! The pool remains at 84 degrees.

Guests have access to the entire space.



The Neighborhood:

Naples Park is a very sought after neighborhood both for residents and vacation guests due to the close proximity to both Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins State Park Beach. It is a fun place to live and you will always see people out enjoying the weather on bikes, running, or just a nice walk.



Getting Around:

There are sidewalks on many of the streets and bike and running paths are numerous.

Interaction with Guests:

I meet and greet all guests to give them access and answer any questions that they may have. After check in, guests are left to enjoy their vacation unless they require my assistance.

Great place close to beach

The kids loved the pool and being able to bike to beach. Its also close to great shopping during afternoon summer storms.

Great stay! Nice pool!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is nice! Vanderbuilt Beach is beautiful and not far. There is plenty to eat and areas to get groceries in the area. Our favorite ice cream place was Cesibon Gelato. The property manager was very responsive.

Great home away from home

We were fortunate to stay in this home over Spring Break. It is exactly as pictured and a wonderful for a family. There is a very private outdoor space with dining table and comfortable seating area around the pool. We grilled and ate all our meals outside. Christine has thought of everything, games, books, coffee, laundry and bikes. Super location midway between popular beaches. We will happily stay here again. Thank you for making such a wonderful home and then sharing it !

Great stay and location

My husband and I rented the home for 3 weeks. Alexa was AMAZING! We had some issues at the beginning and Alexa was so responsive in getting things fixed. We had issues with the master bed and a new bed arrived in 4 days. The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. The pool was great to relax in and the outdoor space was used a lot especially as an out door office :). We like to cook, and being there for 3 week, the kitchen knives, pans, storage containers (none) could all use an upgrade. Location was great being 1 mile to the ocean and 1 mile to Mercato. The bikes were a great addition in exploring the area. Thank you Alexa you were wonderful to work with and so responsive to all our concerns, you made our stay great! Would recommend if looking to visit Naples.

Perfect Getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect! We have rented many times in Naples and this one was by far our favorite. Christine is amazing and so, so great to work with. The location is great (we walked to the beach!) and the neighborhood is quiet. We can't wait to come back in March. Thank you for everything!

We loved the house! Was very well equipped, clean, organized, and perfect for 7 people. Great location! 4 minutes driving to Vanderbilt Beach and 7 minutes to Delnor Wiggins state park. Great post Christmas vacation

My family and I decided to head south after the holidays and get out of New England for some sun. We had a wonderful stay in Naples. The house was perfect, my son loved the pool, and we were pretty close to the beach(about 1 mile drive). The weather was amazing. Exactly what we needed. Christine, the property manger, met us at the house when we arrived. She was so friendly and helpful so I felt very comfortable contacting her if we needed something.(we didn't) Would recommend staying at this house. Didn't want to leave!

Charming place to stay

I spent with my cousins for the 4th of July weekend and this place is amazing, the location is great, close to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we need to feel home. The pool are is great to have a good time and make a bbq. Christine, our host was very kind and she explained vey well every detail of the house, I would definitely stay there again!

Everything we imagined!

I cannot say enough great things about the Home. It is as beautiful as pictured, clean, and had everything my family and I needed. The pool was at a perfect temperature and clean. They even had pool and beach toys for the kids... board games as well! Christine and George were so kind, available if we needed them. Literally had everything! Christine even had nutregena makeup wipes in every bathroom for women to help keep the white towels clean! This woman is a genius!!! It’s those small details that make you want to come back. And we absolutely will be back! Thank you so much Christine and George for making our time in a Florida so memorable and comfortable!
