At the heart of the charming village of Cadeihan Trachère on the sunny side (S. E) of Saint-Lary-Soulan, this traditional mountain sheep with stone, wood and modern participate in your research scenery and your thirst rest .dropoff window
Its unusual design, rated 3 stars by the 'Gites de France' respects its history and offers everyone to find his cocoon. In winter, families enjoy being in the fireplace and sharing moments of games, exchanges and laughter, or even a comforting sauna session after a day of skiing.
Summer in the back of the house, you will enjoy the exhibition in a storied space with a wooden terrace mounted on stilts, dominating the valley with a breathtaking view! a garden furniture and relax will allow you to drink a drink with the family or take a nap in the shade of trees.
A second terrace with fully equipped outdoor kitchen (sink, fridge, griddle, barbecue, large table ..) offers the opportunity to enjoy the coolness of the shading while feasting grill.
On 2 levels: 5 Bedrooms (4 beds 2 pl 140), (1 bed 1 pl), 1 cot, living room / kitchen area, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, one independent, pantry with fridge / freezer and machine washing machine, flat screen TV with DVD player, heating by heat pump, wood stove and fireplace.

Parfait ! Petits bémols : - le chauffage via la climatisation est bruyant et le bois ou buches recomposés sont très limités sans surtaxe,- le bruit incessant de l'écoulement d'eau pluvial, notamment pour la chambre en façade donnant sur le chemin.

Un gîte très bien équipé et parfait pour 9 personnes. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Prévoir la voiture pour arriver au télésiège

Très jolie bergerie, Dominant le village de st laryPoints positifs : le coin salle à manger sejour tres agréable. Chacun peut profiter d'un coin nuit.Village très calme et très mignonPoints négatifs :Pas facile à chauffer, heureusement qu'il y a le poêle à bois.Pas de petit bois pour allumage, je suis allé en ramasser dans la campagne.La terrasse est derriere , au dessus de la maison,pas très pratique.la photo du site est trompeuse.Beaucoup de passage devant la maison,et pas de rideaux.Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller au téléphérique et les places de stationnement sont rares.Nous n'avons pas utiliser le sauna de peur de depasser le forfait électrique.,Mais nous avons quand passé une bonne semaine dans cette bergerie

Février à la montagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cadeilhan Trachere. Le gite est parfait pour 2 familles. Tout est prévu pour qu'on s'y sente bien. La vue est magnifique et les sentiers de randonnée juste à proximite. proximité.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la bergerie, la cheminée et le poêle sont un vrai plus ! Le logement est spacieux. La literie pourrait être à revoir pour les personnes sensibles du dos.L'ambiance du logement est top et le villag de Cadheilan trachère charmant. La proximité de Saint-Lary-Soulan est appréciable également. Nous gardons l'adresse en mémoire !

Magnifique Bergerie !

Ancienne Bergerie complètement rénovée recemment, avec goût, de manière très moderne mais en gardant le cadre rustique, qui fait le charme d'une maison "a la montagne", cette location nous a fait passer un séjour exceptionnel. A double titre : nous n'avons pensé qu'à notre séjour et nos activités, sans être embêtés par des contingences matérielles, et nous avons pu profiter de la région de Saint Lary car la localisation est vraiment très pratique.Précision tout de même : le centre de Saint Lary est a 21 minutes à pied avec un dénivelé de plus de 100m, et réellement a 3 minutes en voiture.Nous étions 9, l'espace de la maison est très confortable pour ce nombre. L'espace du salon est vraiment chaleureux et agréable.Le chauffage est sensationnel, avec le poêle a bois densifié, bois compris, la cheminée (bois compris également) apportant une touche encore plus chaleureuse. Mais tous les espaces sont aussi équipés de chauffages électriques très recents et très efficaces.Enfin, une dépendance avec un sauna est accessible, mais nous ne l'avons pas testée.Location a louer les yeux fermés !!!

Un super logement familial

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la bergerie. Nous étions 7 adultes et deux enfants de moins de 3 ans. Ambiance châlet de montagne au rendez vous. Le village de cadeilhan trachère est agréable et au calme à 6 min en voiture de st Lary soulan.

Une semaine passée en famille dans cette bergerie très bien située et très bien équipée. Configuration sur 5 niveaux un peu compliquée à gérer en été surtout pour les repas.

Très belle semaine de cette bergerie de montagne avec une magnifique vue sur Saint Lary. Le logement est spacieux et confortable ( les surmatelas on été très appréciés). Attention cependant si vous venez avec des enfants en bas âges, les escaliers sont escarpés. Les communications avec les hôtes par téléphone est bonne.

très bon séjour. Le gîte correspondait tout à fait à nos besoins et est très agréable à vivre pour 8 personnes. Juste: les lits sont un peu étroits pour des gens plutôt grands et...il manque un rideau devant la porte d'entrée. Sinon: tout est parfait. Merci.

Très bon séjour sur les hauteurs de Saint-Lary, endroit paisible et reposant. Logement parfait et très bien équipé (manque quelques petites cuillères). Pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer notre hôte, et les voisins ne sont pas très ouverts, dommage.

Séjour plutôt agréable malgré quelques désagréments

A notre arrivée nous avons été très surpris de voir que l’entrée de la maison était un passage commun à 3 autres logements (non précisé dans le descriptif). La terrasse n’est pas pratique du tout en hiver et la rambarde est chancelante... La literie dans la chambre avec lavabo est à renouveler ainsi que les oreillers de la chambre avec lit bébé. Manque de rangements dans les chambres (armoires condamnées). Un rideau occultant à la porte d’entrée serait le bienvenu pour éviter les regards de passage et pour garder un peu de chaleur car ce chalet est très difficile à chauffer et donc consommateur d’électricité et de bois (forfait trop faible sachant que nous ne nous sommes pas servi du sauna) . Vaisselle dépareillée, verres et petites cuillères insuffisants. Globalement ce chalet pourrait être plus agréable si il ne manquait pas d’entretien.

Belle maison. Nous étions deux familles. Le logement permet de garder chacun son intimité. C'est cool. Beaucoup d'escalier mais c'est mentionné dans l'annonce donc pas de surprise. Petit point faible, le chauffage dans la pièce de vie .... un peu juste si on n'allume pas le poele et donc, un surplus d'électricité à payer .... Mais globalement, beau séjour.

Good but not great

No welcome instructions sent, had to call the owner who asked us why we were phoning! However...Nice gîte in quiet location not too far from cable car (journey 5 mins by car) to ski station. Comfy real fire and multi fuel burner. Faded living area. Nice bathroom and nice enough second bathroom. Good enough kitchen but some things missing eg. cheese grater a good knife...a few things like that. Generally a nice place to stay but needs some TLC and more dinner plates (only 3 there and about 40 side plates filling up the cupboards) Bedding (counterpaine) stained and sheets not included, no bedside table or bedside light. In summary. A nice location and log fires (logs included) but the place needs attention and sheets should be included. A nice clean duvet and pillows would be good too. I'm not sure I would go back.
