Summary:
This luxury chalet offers great fun for the entire family! The chalet welcomes you with beautiful hardwood flooring, comfy furnishings and southern decor. The open, spacious living area allows plenty of room to enjoy family activities or to simply spread out and relax with friends. Prime location in the heart of Pigeon Forge and across the street from Little Pigeon River. No Pets Allowed.

The Space:
For non-stop fun, there is a flat screen HDTV in the living area mounted above the fireplace, as well as all the bedrooms. The chalet offers Charter high speed internet with WiFi and Direct TV satellite. The spacious living area is open to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a stainless steel range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator. The master suite is located on the first floor and offers a king bed with private access to the full bathroom on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a full bath. Relax on the large covered front porch and listen to Little Pigeon River. Great location in downtown Pigeon Forge and close to all the action, shopping and dining! No Pets Allowed.

Family vacation

Very clean and spacious. But great set up to spend family time and allow my son to vacation in Pigeon Forge for his18th birthday. We have been to Pigeon Forge many times over the years and this property did not disappoint. Great location and extremely clean. My family will definitely be back.

This Chalet was exactly as the pictures on VRBO showed. It is beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us. My husband especially enjoyed having the little river right across the street. The location allows for easy access to the main parkway as well as convenient access to the bypass roads. The Dixie Stampede and Dollywood are very close by as well as lots of other shops and restaurants. If you are interested in renting a UTV there is a place just across the river from the house that you could easily walk to. We didn't rent a UTV on this trip but we have rented one in the past, which was a lot of fun traveling back roads and going to Clingman's Dome. We were all very pleased with our stay and would certainly look into renting this Chalet again.

PERFECT location!

The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Everything was nice and clean. One point that was annoying: I tip at hotels or when additional services are needed but never when I’m asked for it! There was an envelope on the cabinet saying, ‘A Tip is Appreciated’ and I paid for cleaning already! I think its rude to ask or insinuate you want a tip.

Five Stars Aren’t Enough

My family and I just left this gorgeous property and we were sad to leave!! The listing photos do not do this property justice. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. The home decor includes high quality furniture, exquisite cabinetry and custom trim throughout. The home is immaculately clean with every basic necessity provided. The location is excellent and is in close proximity to all major tourist attractions and restaurants. The owners were awesome and stayed in communion with us via email throughout our stay. If I could give this home 10 stars, I would. Don’t hesitate to book this beauty because we are already planning our next trip!

Our favorite house in Pigeon Forge!

We have stayed here before, but our recent trip reminded us of just how much we love this house! It is spacious, clean, a great layout, and has the gorgeous river with ducks out front. We love staying here because you have privacy, but also don’t have to drive 15 min up a mountain after dinner !

This chalet, built in 2018, was built for the overnight rental program. The owner built this property so people visiting the area would have a nice place to stay. This property is located in downtown Pigeon Forge, TN across the street from Little Pigeon River. It is close to dining, shopping and the Great Smoky Mountains. I can assure you that you will not find a better location and property if you get the opportunity to book this property!
